Poor customer service
This company took a payment for a product i ordered, (the product never arrived)
I have tried phoning this company every day but always get the same message " all our agents are busy " I get this message repeating for over an hour every time .
If you see payments handled by this company DONT BUY FROM THEM

I paid an invoice but had an invoice reminder and late fee added. Customer service helped but it took about 40 minutes to get through to them. Seems that automated services are not the best, but at least speaking with a representative got it sorted. Oh, and the hold music on your phone line? Please change it, it get very frustrating after ~40 minutes queuing...!
