They diagnosed a broken dishwasher and installed a replacement for me when I was out of town. They communicated very well (for this kind of thing) along the way, with emails that were useful, cogent, clear, and timely. The written documentation of their work was also excellent - very clear and comprehensive reports with photos. Their quote and the options they presented were reasonable too. They only thing that wasn't perfect was that they couldn't get the dishwasher down the stairs on the first visit, so they had to come back and try again on a second day. But these things happen, and in the end I would definitely use them again, and recommend them to others.

Efficient. Solved the problems.

This is the company that my landlord's agency uses for home works. I've had a good experience with them for bulb changing, gas stove issues and plumbing. For plumbing in particular it was quite a complicated issue causing me a lot of pain - the engineer qeeper sent was very knowledgeable and skilled and fixed my issue

We had a water boiler issue.
I had raised a maintenance issue ticket.
It was resolved in no time,our availability was checked,engineer was sent to check and was sorted out.
