Selling trash and lying about it
You might as well buy directly from Temu or Shein and save yourself the markup
Qomfort presents itself as a small, sustainable Australian business, but in my experience it looks like terrible dropshipping at best: mass-produced products, global fulfillment, constant discounting and a carefully manufactured “small business” story designed to make customers feel they are buying something local, ethical and personal.
The reality is that you do not even know who you are actually buying from. The website does not clearly identify the current legal entity behind “Qomfort Co.” or provide a transparent, verifiable business address, despite EU law requiring online traders selling to European consumers to disclose that information. The Comfort Co. Pty Ltd, the company previously linked to the business, has reportedly been deregistered, while no clear replacement entity is properly identified.
Their return process was equally questionable. Instead of simply providing a normal return label, they tried to make the refund dependent on a so-called donation program requiring a receipt or video as proof. That may be cheaper for them than handling returns, but presenting it as charity or sustainability is misleading. It shifts their return costs and disposal problem onto the customer.
Only after I raised Dutch and EU consumer law, the missing company information, and the possibility of reporting them to the authorities did they immediately issue a full refund.
There is nothing convincingly small, sustainable or charitable about this operation. It appears to be mass-production trash wrapped in emotional Australian small-business marketing. At least Temu and Shein are honest about what they are.

Our donation-based exchange program is designed to make returns easier for our customers while keeping perfectly good footwear out of landfill. Rather than asking customers to package the item, print a label, and travel to a post office to send it back to us, we simply ask that they donate the unworn items to a local charity and provide proof of the donation. Once received, we process the replacement or a refund. Many of our customers, including those in the EU, have shared how much they appreciate this approach, as it supports local communities while reducing unnecessary shipping.
If a customer prefers a traditional return for a refund, we also support that process in line with our policies. In your case, although a return would ordinarily be required, we made the decision to process a full refund after reviewing your concerns. We also advised that, if you no longer wanted the shoes, you were welcome to donate them to someone in need rather than returning them.
We're sorry that our business model and values didn't resonate with you. We remain committed to providing quality products, responsive customer support, and initiatives that reduce waste wherever possible.

I ordered clogs. They arrived in a timely fashion but unfortunately due to my foot issues, I could not wear then. Lauren advised me of my options and helped me complete the process and receive my refund. The idea to have these donated shows the integrity of this company. I would but hesitate to refer a friend or do business with them again.

Best Customer Service ever
Having bought and loved a pair of suede clogs, I bought a pair of EVA sandals. Sadly these did not suit my feet at all and after liaising with the Support Team, they were able to resolve the situation really quickly.

Extremely comfortable clogs and very well made. I made the mistake of ordering some rip off clogs last year (not from qomfort) that weren’t what they purported to be but too much of a hassle to return to China. These clogs shown good Chinese craftsmanship. Definitely recommend them.

Fantastic customer service
I'm in Canada and purchased two pairs. The delivery was rather quick. Upon receiving my order, I realized that I ordered the wrong size. I reached out to the company for an exchange. Followed the instructions that were given however I had difficulty sending the video of my donation. Amelia was so helpful, understanding and extremely patient in our communication. After endless attempts of trying to send the video, I ended up sending screenshots which were accepted. Low and behold I received an email showing my exchange with an new order number. The exchange program that they use is amazing! I can't wait to where my new Clogs to work

the two pair of sandals I ordered arrived today and I must say I am really disappointed by the quality of the footwear. Your advertising is very crafty and misleading. You market them as a more cost effective version of the “brand names” but they are nothing more than the usual Chinese bs and nowhere, not even remotely close to the quality of birks or other brand name versions. Great marketing, horrible product.

Excellent service! My clogs arrived & I loved them as soon as I saw them, but sadly they were too big,completely my fault, I ordered a size bigger. Emailed them for help & received very helpful advice & promptly adviced how to proceed to either exchange or refund.
