I ordered a gift with the expectation that it would be shipped within NL, but it was actually shipped from Denmark, and it arrived too late. I am disappointed with this company.

Everything was perfect. I received my halo mesh device on time in the Netherlands. Price was also perfect.

Recently bought here for the first time. Product arrived within a couple of days in the Netherlands. So far so good. Just two points of criticism:

1. The electronic device box was packed in a larger box without another other filling. That creates sn unnecessary risk of damage, as the package can just jump around in a larger box.
2. It's impossible to track your order directly from the website when you're logged in. The only way is to use the link in the confirmation email. That takes you to an order page within you own account, but you cannot reach that page from within your account. Probably an issue arising from inadequate localisation (Dutch), but nevertheless somewhat annoying.

Difficult return process, poor communication.

I purchased an expensive, high-end gaming console for my son over two months ago, and I still haven't received either my order or a refund.

The courier has confirmed that the parcel was returned to the retailer, yet despite this, I'm still waiting for my money back. After more than two months, this is completely unacceptable.

This experience has been incredibly frustrating. If you're considering buying from this retailer, I'd think twice, especially if you're spending a significant amount of money. Based on my experience, if something goes wrong, you could be left waiting for months without your order or a refund.

I had to wait a few days for the delivery of my Braun rasor. It was worth it, because Proshop was 10 euros cheaper than competitors.

Purchase a prebuilt pc with RTX 5070 prime. The computer came up very clean looking the and runs great!

Although not immediately clear that I was ordering something from Denmark, the ordering process itself was clear. The price was sharp. If you need the item soon, take into account the delivery time that is clearly indicated (to the Netherlands it was two weeks).
