POOR POOR POOR

Poor quality throughout including the dragon in the office. My advice. Use a different product. There are much better products out there.

Bad quality

Found the flooring to scratch very easily (surface and deep scratches which won’t come out). Dependent on lighting some scratches shine white due to the plastic coating. Only been down a few months. Daren't use hoover on it for fear of scratching further. Really expensive for a naff product - wish I’d read the other reviews before proceeding on the advice of a local fitting company 👎

Spectacular Grande oak

Earlier this year i had my new floor laid and I couldn't be happier with the finished product. We opted for a herringbone style, in the colour grande oak. Luckily we had a local supplier near to where we live, which we have used before but were not aware they supplied project floors.

Excellent herringbone!

Searched and searched for a herringbone design that we liked that was unique and discovered project floors who had a large selection of designs. Had it installed two weeks ago and it looks amazing and has even exceeded my expectations! It looked great on the sample boards but even better installed 😍

Project Flooring LVT - Poor Quality

Had most of our downstairs laid with Project Flooring LVT in Nov 2022 and it was the biggest mistake of our whole renovation to date.

Family consists of 3 adults and 1 dog as regular footfall but the floor already looks like it has been down 10 years with shrinkage and scratches.

We have had the fitters out twice already (They are not interested), next step will be the manufacturer.

Had this flooring put down in 2021 and…

Had this flooring put down in 2021 in my hall and kitchen/dining area and just like to other review it looked good for a few weeks and then started to show scratches all over, no matter how careful I was. I also have it in the bathroom and I never go upstairs with shoes on, only slippers and/or stocking feet and the bathroom is no different!. I had Project Floors out to look at it 8 months after it went down but they say it’s ‘normal’ wear and tear and simply left me some products to clean it with. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this flooring at all. It is NOT fit for purpose and has proved to be a total waste of money and has totally spoilt my house refurb!

Extremely poor quality product

We recently spent a significant amount of money installing Project Floors flooring throughout the ground floor of our house on the understanding that it was supposed to be good quality and hard wearing.

Initially, the floor looked great… for the first 2 weeks at least.

It’s now covered in scratches and marks that are impossible to get out. The floor looks like it’s been down for 10 + years, rather than the 10 weeks it’s actually been down. Even when trying to be very careful with it, there are new scratches appearing every day for no reason.

We had a representative from Project Floors out to take a look, who said that it’s “normal” for the floor to be covered in scratches after a few weeks and there is no fault as they are only “surface scratches”. He even went as far to say it looked good, which sums up their idea of quality… I would hate to see a bad one.

We are left with a floor that is weeks old that already needs replacing after spending thousands of pounds. Avoid buying from Project Floors, unless you like the idea of wasting A LOT of money on a product that is not fit for purpose.
