I visited Profile Haarlem twice, in June and July, to have my tires checked. Both times the staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful. They inspected and fixed the issue without charging me anything and gave honest advice instead of trying to sell unnecessary services. I really appreciate their excellent customer service and would happily recommend them.

I do not recommend in any way 255 euros to change a tire and personally I understand that you have to take your time to get more money but I don't think the customer pays you to stay on the phone so no I do not recommend at all, go elsewhere

Fast, professional

I visited Profile Nederland for an air conditioning service and a complete coolant replacement. For the coolant service, I brought approximately 10 liters of new coolant because I specifically requested a full replacement. After the work was completed, I discovered that only the coolant that drained naturally from the system had been removed, and about 4 liters were refilled even though the system capacity is around 6 liters. After I pointed this out, the workshop agreed to redo the job and corrected the coolant replacement, which I appreciate. However, I had a much less positive experience with the air conditioning service. I was initially told that only about 250 grams of refrigerant had been added because that was what was included in the service price. When I explained that the manufacturer's specification for my vehicle is approximately 550 grams, I was told that additional refrigerant would require an extra charge. I agreed to pay the difference and asked them to refill the system to the correct amount, but they then changed their explanation and claimed that although the machine showed 250 grams, the system had actually been filled with the correct amount according to the manufacturer's specifications. Despite my request and willingness to pay, they refused to add any more refrigerant. As a result, I am left with serious doubts about the actual amount of refrigerant added and about the transparency of the service provided. While I appreciate that the coolant issue was eventually corrected, I expected clearer communication and a more professional approach from the beginning.

I had an excellent experience with Profile-Krimpen a/d IJssel. The service was outstanding, and it is very easy to make an appointment. I received a response just a few minutes after my request. They are very punctual and friendly. My car was ready and returned to me within just a few hours. I highly recommend them for their efficiency and professionalism.
