I took my car to this garage twice because the engine warning light came on. Each time, I paid the amount charged, but the warning light returned within a few days.

On the day of the second visit, I had to drive to Poland. Unfortunately, the warning light came back on the very next day, so I had to take the car to a mechanic in Poland. He fixed the issue in less than 20 minutes simply by cleaning a sensor which, in his words, “had not been touched before”. The car has been working perfectly ever since.

I emailed this garage asking for an explanation and a refund. When I did not receive a response within a day, I left a one-star review here. The garage then contacted me very quickly and asked me to remove my negative review, pointing out that they had been very accommodating and had helped me at very short notice.

That is true. They were kind, helpful and saw me quickly, and I genuinely appreciated that.

However, it does not change the main issue: I paid more than €200 for two visits, yet the actual problem was still not fixed. I ultimately had to have it repaired elsewhere and pay again.

I responded to their message quickly, explained everything in detail and asked for a refund. It has now been three days, and I have heard nothing further from them.

So, if you are looking to pay for kindness, friendliness and good customer service, this might be the place for you. But if you actually have a problem with your car and want it properly diagnosed and fixed, based on my experience, I would recommend looking for another mechanic.

Unfortunately, it turned out that the underlying problem with my car was not correctly identified here, despite paying twice for diagnosis and repair. Being nice and accommodating is appreciated, but ultimately I needed my car fixed — and that did not happen here.

Called in on Saturday morning, half an hour later they were fixing my tire. They did an effort to squeeze me in and keep the waiting time to a minimum.

Had an issue with a broken 13 pin socket. They tested it and made the connections good. It was rather expensive but the staff are friendly and helpful. Even for an Englishman!

I needed their service twice now. They have been quick and professional on both occasions.

Fast access to quality tires. Staff is overall good, Service however is rushed and quality can lack.

Excellent and super-fast service at Ultra Tyre Amstelveen! My tyres were replaced professionally in just 30 minutes. The team was friendly, efficient, and very helpful. Everything was done perfectly, including the alignment.

I came to Profile Helmond for a wheel alignment, and I was genuinely impressed by the level of service.
The alignment was performed on professional equipment, but what really surprised me was the attention to detail. The mechanic installed the green dealer plates, took my car for a test drive, returned to the workshop, made additional adjustments on the alignment machine, and then took it for another test drive to make sure everything was perfect.
This is the first time I have experienced this level of care and professionalism in the Netherlands. It shows that they truly care about doing the job properly instead of simply finishing it as quickly as possible.

Even after profile eindhoven claimed that they will reach me, no body has contacted me as expected. So, after waisting my time and money they are continuing to do so. Very unprofessional.

I visited Profile Haarlem twice, in June and July, to have my tires checked. Both times the staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful. They inspected and fixed the issue without charging me anything and gave honest advice instead of trying to sell unnecessary services. I really appreciate their excellent customer service and would happily recommend them.

I highly recommend this garage for car repairs... Very friendly customer service. Very Quick repair and normal repair prices. I'm very pleased, and if anything breaks on my car, I'll definitely be back. Best regards to the entire workshop team 😁
