Be careful - the Prindo products cannot always be relied on

I have used Prindo products for some time now for an HP Laserprinter. I had one very negative experience in the past, and the company sent me a replacement. This time however, the toner has completely messed up the printer that has to be taken to be cleaned professionally by HP. All the printed pages have dark stripes down the left-had side of the page, and the print is very faint. They are totally unusable, which for me is an enormous problem as I have a lot of printing to do.
