I appreciate also that since they had some delays when I ordered for internal restructuring, they advised directly in the site and offered also a discount in advance. Great experience
While there was some delay on the large I ordered, the communication was great and they gave me a dice tray for free. The mat itself was also very good. Overall very happy.

Beautiful products and great service!
This is the second time I ordered from the Playmats website and the third battlemat I own thanks to a visit to their booth at the Spiel Messe Essen.
The battlemats are beautiful in design and sturdy in quality. The customer service is also well arranged. I had a small delay in my order, but they handeld it professionaly.
In other words, my recommendation is to go to their website and buy their awsome products!

40k 11th terrain footprints
I ordered some terrain area footprints for 11th edition 40k. They took a long time to get here but they look amazing! The double sided triangle center ones are not anti-slip but for obvious reasons, the others have a good grippy surface underneath, and I prefer this design a lot over the standard options from gamemat.eu and deep cut studios. And a good price. Worth the wait!

Great customer service and advice with the order. I've ordered a customized playmat with printed objective markers. I had plenty questions and all were professionally answered. I'm quite pleased with the quality of the print and the precision of the markers.

Worth waiting for
The overall experience is great. The delivery took some time, but the customer service remained helpful and friendly through entire process. I ordered twice already and both times the product quality is perfect, exactly what I was hoping for. I would definitely order again and recommend it to anyone. If you buy the playmat as a present for someone, you probably want to place an order at least a month ahead to be safe.

Great support and amazing mats!
At first I ordered a regular ready-to-buy mat but then I realized we can order custom mats with our desired material, printing and size. My main goal was to have it for my Saboteur card game and they already had a nice design but the size didn't match my table. So, I asked them use that design on a new mat of my desired size and even "customize the design" to be my ideal mat.
They were so nice, kind and patient during the "ordering process" and always responded quickly to my requests.
The production took exactly as promised and the delivery was also fast.
