We are very happy with the wooden house we purchased. The quality of the materials is excellent and the overall construction feels solid and well-made. Communication throughout the process was fast, clear, and professional. Whenever we had a question or ran into a small issue, it was handled quickly and efficiently, with a good solution provided right away. Overall, a very positive experience and we would definitely recommend this company.

Super quick and professional. Ordering my wooden house online was very easy and simple. The sales team at Pineca contacted me immediately on the phone and within weeks my purchase was delivered. No problems. The wood is an excellent quality, thick and hardwearing. My wooden house is now 2 years old and still looks new. We love it. It is the third I have bought and i would buy more if a had space in my garden. They are so useful during the winter and summer.

I bought the Agata model from Pineca. It's absolutely beautiful. Quality materials, easy assembly, and fast turnaround. Their sales manager, Ignacio, is wonderful and resolves any issues that arise. The entire assembly staff is also very friendly. I recommend Pineca because they are true professionals in remanufactured homes.

On time delivery ,all slight problems resolved by staff, great communication with Marina from sale and to delivery would highly recommend this company.

Pineda did exactly what they promised, delivered when they said, sent a man to survey the site prior to delivery and were great at replying to my questions almost immediately. When I encountered a problem they solved it the same day. The product and instructions are well written and easy to complete for a practical person.

Fantastic service. Very fast and efficient communication throughout the entire process, ordering, delivery and after sales. Very professional team. As for the carport, the material is very high quality, the design is very nice and the finish. The instructions could be improved, but as I am a handyman I was able to build it without help. The only complaint is that there were not enough screws included if I wanted to use as many as the instructions stated, but I am sure a professional builder would not install all the screws in all the locations.

I would 100% repeat this. 5 stars! My neighbors are giving me compliments and want to order their new projects from Pineca!

Extremely pleased with my sauna. I had Carpinter put it up and an electrician hook the cabling so I can’t say how hard it was to put up except that most pieces slotted together nicely with minimal need for nails or screws. Instructions were not that easy to follow I’d say from what I saw. All in all, very happy with the quality of materials and design!

I'm very satisfied with the quality of the product and the excellent price they offer. The customer service was exceptional, and the entire purchasing process was quick and efficient. I highly recommend Pinecato anyone looking for good quality products at competitive prices - an excellent experience overall!

The worst customer service I've ever received. THey lost part of our house in the shipping, then tried to blame it on us, treated us like criminals. We had to provide cctv footage to prove we hadn't received it. Took them 3 months to 'find' it, blamed it on another customer. Gave us 300 euros compensation for thousands of euros of costs. Avoid completely. Terrible people.

Pineca is a company delivering good products for a very good price! Though timingwise it could be a bit better; delivery time was in our case delayed with two months.

Our account manager Ignacio is very dedicated with his team. Very helpfull, alway's picking up his phone, speaks fluent English and is very helpfull.

We build together a custum made house in the south of Spain, with a very good end result and are very happy.

Pineca.es is definately recommedable!

The purchasing was easy. The constructor Pineca recommended was great and built each casita in 4 to 5 days. The two casitas we had built are performing well and we like them very much.

I've just bought a wooden house from Pineca, and I'm really very happy. It's a good and sturdy product, quite easy to assemble following the instructions. You can check yourself the quality of the materials just at the moment of the delivery. I've bought alse the roof tiles and the paint and all have been checked during heavy rains with a superb result.

The customer service team were helpful and the quality of the cabin they supplied is very good.

Overall, a great experience with the company. There were a few miscommunication moments but eventually we managed to go through, with the help of the team. Would recommend 👌

I had a great experience with this company as i didn’t have any trouble whatsoever. I bough a Dreux model for my garden and it was perfect. I would recommend using them as they were very professional and polite people, I would definitely recommend them.

A very well made product with a lovely design! We are very happy and enjoy the product very much. It was easy to assemble and looks brilliant in our garden.

Great company! and excellent service from beginning to end. I ordered my 3x4metre cabin (Tonia) in August and this arrived in December (as scheduled). Although initially some of the insulation was missing from the first delivery, this was resolved very quickly and without hassle. The cabin took me two weeks to build, and now it's complete it looks amazing and it's very good quality. You can tell that they use good wood and good materials. The initial part of the build is very quick (the internal structure of the cabin), but it does take more time to install all the insulation and cladding (my cabin was an insulated option). My only small criticism would be that the instructions are a little incomplete when first delivered....but...the technical support team are extremely efficient and super helpful, so in the end this was not a problem as I was able to liaise with Gabia whenever I didn't understand something. Gabia deserves 5 stars for service also! She had many support documents and helped me throughout the build, and checked back with me regularly - this is a sign of excellent customer service :-). My only advice to Pineca would be to include more instructions, but I cannot mark the score down for this as the support from Gabia and the technical team is first class. Thank you so much.

I bought a Breta model house and Its fantastic, I wasnt completely sure before making this purchase but now I am so happy I did it. Very professional and polite people, I will really recommend it.
