It's far from Berlin, and the atmosphere there is terrible. It looks like the Indian mafia is taking over. I regret going to Picnic. It was truly awful.

I honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience with Picnic! ❤️
What impressed me the most was their customer service. Everyone I spoke to was incredibly friendly, kind, patient, and extremely professional. I had a small issue with my order, and I was genuinely impressed by how quickly and smoothly it was resolved. It was taken care of within a very short time, and that level of care and efficiency really makes a difference.
And the food! 😍 The freshness and quality of the products are honestly amazing. Everything I’ve received has been so fresh and high quality, which is exactly what I look for when buying groceries.
I would absolutely recommend Picnic to anyone who wants to save money, save time, and still enjoy very fresh, high quality food. It makes grocery shopping so much easier, and the excellent customer service is the cherry on top.
Thank you, Picnic, for such a wonderful experience! 💚
They are social, and optimistic, and i appreciate them for there generosity over the free meal during break time is top notch !

This review is not about Picnic’s service, but about my very disappointing experience with the recruitment team.
I attended an interview for a warehouse position, and the way I was treated was extremely frustrating and upsetting. The interviewer’s attitude and comments made me feel that I was being treated differently because of my background. I expected a fair and professional interview, but instead I experienced behaviour that felt discriminatory and unacceptable.
A company’s values are reflected not only in its service but also in how it treats people during the hiring process. After this experience, I seriously question whether I want to support a company where the recruitment process leaves candidates feeling disrespected and unwelcome.
I hope Picnic takes this matter seriously and works to ensure that every applicant is treated with dignity, respect, and fairness.

I have applied to a position for warehouse worker and since they rejected me for first time (unclear rejection) and then when I applied again for multiple times it is still the same.
I don't know what goes in the process but judging someone without even a fair trial is unfair and the ethics behind it is also unclear.
The process itself is unfair and the team behind it god!
Anyways good luck with these ethics team! Keep up the good work of judging someone without even a fair trial!

Anything but vegetables and fruits. Good and diverse selection. Pricey and normal products. All the staff is always in a good mood.
Personally I love the individual discount. Also good incentives for new customers.

You keep looking for drivers, why will you not consider me? I am very enthousiastic and flexible in my time. Do I have to watch new recruitment adds for drivers next week again? What is wrong with me? It is correct that i dont have experience as a driver yet, but the same goes for all the young people that you do hire. Is it my age? I am 45. I am starting to think this is the problem so just to be sure, i notificated according parties in Holland for discrimination based on age.
Good luck to you

I ordered from Picnic about 50 euros considering I am coming back after 1month home. Calculating the time gave before I can not reach home I changed the time to next day and the application accepted it. Then the delivery person called me at the earlier given time and told me he is there. Next day I contacted if they could deliver me with extra money. So, I ended up in a situation that I have to go to their lager house which is far from my house, I have to carry all the stuff and pay to uber/bolt over 20 euros to save my 50 euros grocery. i would never ever order from it and would suggest don’t try it.

I ordered a few things from Picnic for the first time and I'm very satisfied. Everything was great! I'd gladly order again. 🙏👍

Picnic gives you one delivery chance - miss it, and both your groceries and money are gone.
Alternative they offer is traveling to a middle of nowhere to pick up your missed delivery yourself. Too bad I just got out of the hospital and can barely move. People order groceries to their own homes for a reason, ya know?
No refund, no delivery retry. Either take the trip, or you lose your money.
Other providers serve customers. Picnic serves its own interests - at any cost.
Save a few bucks, lose a customer - your call.

I have been using Picnic for a while, but lately, the experience has become quite frustrating due to several changes in their business model.
1. Rising Minimum Order Value The minimum order value seems to be constantly increasing. What used to be a convenient service for weekly essentials is now becoming difficult to reach without adding unnecessary items to the cart. This makes the service much less accessible for single people or small households.
2. Two-Tier Delivery Scheduling What bothers me most is the lack of available delivery slots unless you spend at least €60. It feels like you are penalized for smaller orders. If you don't hit that high threshold, you are left with very few, often inconvenient time slots, or sometimes none at all. This is disappointing.
3. Aggressive "Bundle-Only" Promotions A large portion of the special offers and discounts are now only applicable to bundles (e.g., "buy 3 for X"). While this might benefit large families, it forces individual customers to buy more than they need just to get a fair price. It feels like a tactic to artificially inflate the basket value rather than offering genuine savings on everyday items.
Conclusion: Picnic used to stand for simplicity and fairness, but these changes make it feel like they are only interested in high-spending customers. I hope they reconsider these policies to remain a viable option for everyone.

Smooth order and delivery. Unfortunately one item was missing - I was informed beforehand and a replacement was sent. I refused the replacement though as the courier could not explain to me if I had to pay anything extra. Unfortunately, I did not receive a refund for the missing item as well. Reaching out to PicNic resulted in me receiving an empty mail. Unfortunately I cannot reach PicNic anymore since then.

Delivery was on time, very friendly and everything there, still cooled - on a burning hot summer day.
I will definitely order again, it makes life just so much easier!

I was very happy with the service of this app very convenient until some problems happen that you are not in control of some problems from their end for example it happened with me The delivery guy got under my house. I was waiting for him to ring for 10 minutes. I was waiting waiting on my phone near the bell. No one rang and then he left away. I was built. I asked the picnic support team what happened? They told me they will contact the warehouse and come back to me. It looked like they have forgotten my order, but then maybe that was not the case because they said that I was not home although I was explicitly home fully focused on the bell and on the delivery app 30 minutes before the driver arrives because they give life tracking and I asked for a refund, they didn't accept and I told them screw you. I'm not gonna use this app anymore. Just thought you guys should know. I don't recommend this company. It works fine until one time you get screwed. I got robbed. Not refunded. And I deleted my account. I just dont want to hear picnic anymore. Again they say I was not here and the guy names "Benjamin" rang! Why would I order a delivery and leavee !!!!

The worst service I've ever seen! They wrote here earlier about problems with delivery. I found myself in the same situation. The courier called me, but I didn't have any missed calls. As a result, I had to pick up my groceries at a warehouse on the other side of town. As a result, I was absolutely sick, picking up heavy bags of food by taxi. Moreover, the warehouse workers assured me that it was possible to deliver the food at another time by contacting the courier directly. But the customer service just shrugged and did not help. What is the result? A spoilt mood and money spent on a taxi. I absolutely do not recommend it!!!

Ordering groceries at Picnic is so convenient. Our order arrives every week at the same time, and we have never had any issues with our purchases or delivery. Highly recommend.
