Premier Garden Supplies Limited was established in 2013 with a lot of hard work and dedication we have been lucky enough to expand our business each year. We are a small independent family-run business based in Madeley, Telford. We manufacture our own range of Gates, Fence Panels, Trellis, Arbours, Arches, Pergolas and so much more on-site in various different styles. I was really nervous about paying alot, to have something shipped from quite away away. I NEED NOT OF WORRIED, I'M SO PLEASED! Great Value & Quality, really friendly service. The value meant the quick delivery was cancelled out compared to the prices of more local suppliers. PGS made me a gate/side door for my garage and it was great. A few days later I visited PGS to pick up 4off 100x100x4000mm wooden fence posts. They were brought from around the back by a young fit man on a fork lift. The man stood and watched as I (a poorly 76 year old) struggled to get them into the back of my car. So don't expect any help loading up.

Premier Garden Supplies delivered a good quality, custom sized garden gate, along with additional materials. The pre-order service was brilliant (Richard) who quickly answered a series of queries, and provided a very competative quotation (delivery to Scottish Highlands), and the gate etc arrived, slightly ahead of schedule, in perfect condition. I was looking for an oversized garden gate with treatment and I came across Premier Garden Supplies on a most well known online retailer.
Ordering was easy and shortly after PGS contacted me to say that I measured the gate wrongly and advised me of the new price which I accepted.
I also asked that the gate be fully framed which cost a nominal amount for the extra material involved.
That done, the Gare arrived next day!
I was super impressed with the quality and though I have not fitted yet (weather did not permit) I am happy I have bought well.
I would certainly recommend PGS.

It took a while to place an order which computer said were sold out. Speaking to staff, I found out there were few odds left. I ordered 3 fence caps. Eventually I got them, thanks to Richard especially.

Richard was helpful when I was ordering a garden gate and had good product knowledge regarding the gate construction erc. They were timely and efficient.I ordered on Thursday and it was delivered on Monday, all the way to Scotland.
