I ordered grey hoodie but you send me black hoodie.

I bought a jacket in January, the jacket itself was great but it was too big (I ordered my usual size), so I decided to return it. I went through the process on the site and noticed they don't generate a label for returns outside of Germany and they advised me to post it myself to their address, this was even confirmed by their customer service as I wanted to make sure.

I bought a tracked label, and it was delivered to them on the 26th of January. I received no communication from Pegador so contacted Customer Service again. They said it could take 10 business days for them to process the refund. I waited, and contacted them again after 15 business days, which they replied again the same copy paste message asking to wait 10 business days.

After insisting again, they finally told me they didn't receive any return from me. I checked the tracking and it says it was delivered to them, it even has a document with delivery confirmation and signature from the person who received the package - which I provided to their customer service which was not helpful and basically told me to go after the delivery company as they could do nothing.

This all seem pointless to me as there is delivery confiormation and the Post Office willl just tell me it was delivered, either way I opened an investigation with An Post, but it might take months to get a reponse, and I really doubt it will be anything relevant.

It just seems to me they do not properly process their returns from outside of Germany, and now I'm left without the jacket and minus 120 euros.

I'd stay away from them.

We love the product but delivery took such a long time

Very poor service. The delivery was extremely late, even though the brand is based in Germany. Their customer service is unresponsive and strictly follows rigid rules and specific procedures without considering the customer’s perspective, even when deliveries are delayed. You cannot cancel or return your order, even if you are not at home when it arrives. They have even disabled the cancellation option in the DHL service.

This was my first time i shopped at PEGADOR. Also for the sizes, very wiered size criteria. Medium cannot fit to waist size 32.
But for Hoodies i must great material and sizes were also good.. the one star belongs to the hoodies to be perfect.

For more than two weeks still did not receive my order

Great company, but I have a feeling they're changing suppliers mid season.

I have had few T Shirts and hoodies now.

Now and again the sizing is completely off on the T Shirts. They look like a dress on me. (I am always gettin a S)

For the hoodies: Sometimes quality is TOPNOTCH, like a designer hoodie type of thing.

However the hoodies i've bought during Black Friday feel like Primark quality
