The delivery was 4 weeks late in total. They have not the best communication with GLS - if you like companies with smooth delivery I would look elsewhere

Beautiful bed. Easy to install. One part of the slatted frame broke quickly. Customer support reacted quickly on the email and arranged the delivery of a spare part.

We bought a bed for my daughter. During the assembling I had some problems. (because I did not read the manual well enough) They helped me by mail and even over the phone to explain where I made a mistake. Everything was solved in no time. Great service!

We take great care in selecting the photos of our beds. We also provide measurements of the cloud bed. Can it be that you have a mattress that is thicker than 14cm (the once we sell)? Than it can be that the clouds are 'lower than expected'

Great bed, great service
The bed we ordered was in perfect shape, but after a while we accidentally broke two slats underneath the mattress. After contacting the service desk we received two new slats, so now the bed is once again in perfect shape. Our kids love it!

Charlie Bed
I ordered the Charlie Bed. Unfortunately packaging wasn't perfect and the bed got damaged during the delivery. I contacted the customer service and they replied very quickly to my message. I received a new, well packaged piece a bit later.
I feel the quality of the bed matches its price and my son enjoys sleeping in it.

Very happy with the bed Mickey we bought in dec. 2022. After a couple of weeks one plank was broken and I sent the customer care an e-mail. The very next day (it was in the weekend) I had an response back that they would sent a new plank! The day after I had an e-mail with the Track en Trace. Super service!

Happy with the FIG bed!
Really happy with the FIG bed we recently bought for our 4 year old son! Great that Petit Puk offers the not so common size (90x180) we were looking for, including a comfortable mattress. They were really kind and helpful in answering questions. Our big boy loves his big bed, its sleeping space, and the smell of new wood. On to many restful nights :)

delivery took quite a lot of…
delivery took quite a lot of time,instructions to mount were not very clear, pieces were missing ehich took another extra week to arrive, the wood smells a lot, even now after a couple of months when you enter the room is quite clear…a bit disappointing considering the high price…also the gaps and protections for younger kids not really useful, since kids fit within and can get stuck…

Good quality product
I’ve ordered a bed for my daughter here and I’m happy with what I received. The assembly instruction was precise and I’ve managed to assemble it quickly. There was tiny misalignment on two pieces, but it happens with wood. The woodwork is also reasonable and the most important that my daughter loves it.
I also ordered mattress that fits the bed and also happy with it.
In general it is a good quality product and the only remark I can think of is delivery time. It came few days later than expected, but it could be due to holiday season.

Great product and customer service
Our floor bed is very well made and the materials are high quality. After initial installation, the bended slats were producing a screeching sound when moving/getting up from the bed. I contacted customer service about it. In few days, they sent us (free of charge!) additional accessories to install where the slats connect with the bed and the problem was fixed. We are happy!
