Subscription Scam
I used it once, canceled immediately after use and it charged me for annual subscription a month later. When using the chat to confirm my money would be refunded because I didn't sign up for an annual subscription, it tried saying it couldn't offer me a full refund. As another reviewer said, it tried offering deals instead. After repeating "I did not sign up for an annual subscription. I expect a full refund." about 5 times, it did confirm it processed a full refund.

I had a client send me pdf's he needed…
I had a client send me pdf's he needed to get approved by the city. The city flagged numerous items on the design concept. I was able to use this software to edit the pdf's to make his compliant with the city of Austin,Tx. All in all, very happy. I was able to do what I needed to do and make the software work for me. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
Got the product in 2024, it didn't suit my needs,,,trying to cancel it has been a nightmare and they have now charged me twice after I told them to cancel me--may have to cancel the card I used. When you tell them you want to cancel you get a slew of other offers, and when you ask for a refund they want all sorts of info--card number, when it was charged, how much...funny how they can find all the info they need when they want to charge me!!! Avoid like the plague, and notice the multiple privacy related lawsuits.

I have been scammed by pdfFiller. They have charged me for verifying the bank card, saying that the money will be back after 72h, surprise, they dont give back the money back. This platform is designed to take your money.

This charge does not even go to us, and not a charge, strictly speaking (we do see it however, correct).
And we assure you it is ALWAYS back, often less than in 72 hours, sometimes it's just 24h.
Please note however that sometimes mobile banking does not reflect this return as a separate transaction: once these 1-2 dollars are back on your account, the initial charge just "disappears" from your mobile statement. Please check this with your bank when you have a minute.

Horrible app that over charges
Horrible app that over charges. Do not use, there are free apps that work better through canvas. They charged my card 3 times within the year after canceling.

If you were charged three times in a row, that's either three monthly subscriptions (the user is charged each month, on a same day, you can check it by the dates of charges), or you have three separate subscriptions under three different emails (that actually happens sometimes when people are using different emails on a same device and do that by accident).
In any case -- all of this is totally refundable (if the charges were in the last 180 days though). Please email us, it's support@pdffiller.com. One of our Billing agents will handle that right away. Thank you.
