It was a horrible experience with MD…
It was a horrible experience with MD Park on 2026.08.30 in Arlanda:
- there was a big crowd waiting for the MD Park bus for more than 20 min.
- all people (11) could hardly fit it and so they squeezed into the small bus, no seatbelts, insecure, one person was standing.
- my car key was not ready and I had to wait for it additionaly.
- the staff did not show where my car was standing, just pointed at the direction, spend more time looking for it.
- altogether, since my call to order for the bus till I left the MD Park parking, took 50 min.
Never again.

Not happy with the service at all
Not happy with the service at all. On the return, the driver was hardly interested in driving us to the parking. He refused to drop in the car parking and left at the Best western hotel. Had to wait for good 15 minutes before I could be handed over the access card to the parking. The whole point of taking the car to the airport is to reach home faster, not to wait where it is not necessary.

Very poor service and careless handling of the car
We had a very disappointing experience with MD Park. The pickup took over 40 minutes, and there was no response to either phone calls or SMS. We spent around 20 minutes repeatedly calling before someone finally answered and said they would arrive in 5 minutes. It then took another 20 minutes for them to arrive, followed by another 10-minute wait while they picked up other passengers.
Poor planning is one thing, but being completely unreachable is unacceptable for a service like this.
Even more concerning was how our car was handled. They parked the car somewhere else and drove it to another location. The car was left unlocked for more than 4 hours. We received the notification while I was already onboard the flight, so I couldn’t lock it through the app. When we landed, the car was still unlocked, and I immediately locked it remotely.
Leaving a customer’s car unlocked for hours, combined with the poor communication and disorganised pickup process, is extremely careless. We expected much better and would not recommend this service based on our experience.
