Exceptional customer service
Not often I provide reviews but on this occasion it was needed.
Ordered 2 tins of the topps football cards. When I received them, there was only one tin. I emailed Parabox and within half an hour they’d send the replacement tin out with next day delivery with a couple of extra Liverpool cards for my son.
Unbelievable service and an absolute pleasure to deal with. First time using them and it won’t be my last

We’ve investigated the shipment and, according to the Royal Mail tracking, the parcel was processed through the South Midlands Mail Centre but unfortunately appears to have been lost in transit before reaching your local delivery office. While the parcel was dispatched promptly from our warehouse, we completely understand your frustration at not receiving it.
We’ve now contacted you directly and issued a full refund. Ordinarily we would also offer a replacement, however this particular item has since sold out.
We appreciate that this wasn’t the experience you were expecting, especially as a first-time customer, and we’re sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Perfect buyer experience
Ordered twice from Parabox and both times they've been fantastic at updating on orders and dispatching quickly, the latest pokemon drop had a really good system to give everyone a chance at getting something without scalping bots taking all the stock and it was dispatched the same day for next day delivery and arrived perfectly packaged and even with some pokemon stickers, can't reccomend this company enough!
