The product itself is very good. Customer service is the opposite. I am very unhappy with my latest experience. When my track pants arrived I realised I needed a size smaller. It took many attempts and a week went by before I even got a response, despite following their process.
No apology.
Just a casual “ Hey Jane - it appears your first 2 didn't go through the ticket forum, instead direct to email.
Not a problem…”
NO explanation of why it took a week to respond to my first email.
And given their guidance says email us, what is the issue?
The website Contact us form doesn’t work easily, continually admonishing me to alter the format of the phone number. Somehow.
I could go on but you get the picture. In short, woe betide you if making a return. Enormously frustrating and has made me very very cross. Either your system isn’t working or it’s a poor system. Please fix it!!

An excellent product, super warm and cuddly. Very generous fit so you might want to side down if you want a closer fit. Fast shipping. Very happy with this purchase!

Delivery time was very decent for international. The track pants I bought are well made, super comfortable and roomy on the legs which I like. I am a size 8-10 and purchased a size small. The fit is great, and they are reaaaaally warm. Exactly what i was hoping for. Will definitely purchase again.

I had a pair of these and my wife and child wanted they same, so I ordered and they eventually arrived, as requested. The quality seems very good, but the delivery is slow. Order at least a couple of months before you need them

I got these as winter in Aussie homes sucks. I got the wider leg as I am a thick thighs girly ang try still have some room. I have been recommending these to everyone and can't wait till the zip up hoodies are in stock to get some of them too!

Love the weight and how warm they are . Dislike the look of them/ far to baggy and very unflattering on women.

I’ve been buying the pants for years and was thrilled with the expansion to the hoodies and now the zip up hoodie. The range is extremely warm, very durable through washing and remains warm years later. The expansion of the colour range has been fantastic, especially the Green. It’s perfect clothes for cold winters in Canberra.
