Poor return policy

They have interesting, tasteful posters, however they dont have any return policy for unpicked posters. I couldnt pick up the delivery because I was sick. Posters were returned to palsposters. I still had to pay for items thatI never received. Thats sad.

We completely understand that sometimes it’s not possible to pick up a package due to illness or other circumstances. However, we have not received any message or email from you regarding this, so we were unfortunately unable to help before the package was returned.

Great products and purchase experience

Really amazing purchase experience, they have many good poster options and are fairly priced. Initially the website did not ship directly to my address in Spain, but then I reached out to the support and they were very attentive and managed to sort out the shipping for me in a matter of a few days. The posters have great quality and look really good in person. Very satisfied!
