Complete Scam

I have received a second letter from Auer Witte Thiel who claim to be legal representatives for Paidwings. It is identical to the previous threatening letter, demanding, (this time,) £103.06 instead of £101.65 It would seem it cost them £1.41 to send this second letter!
Do not attempt to contact Paidwings or Auer Witte Thiel as this is a massive money-making scam, and certainly DO NOT send them any money.
Keep leaving messages on Trustpilot and advise The UK International Consumer Centre of your experiences.

Paidwings scam

I'm sorry to say I got well and truly scammed by a letter from Auer Witte THIEL and have paid them £74.00. So is the advice to ignore any further letters and email. I have also tried to cancel my subscription to no avail. I can't log into the web site as they say that they don't recognise my email address. Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks Rod Barnes.

Time to reiterate:

Time to reiterate:

May 2026
Paid wings are operating several sex-meet websites and by the the looks of it they are all the same.
The Legal company is a fake, it does not exist. I took to searching the address on Google Maps the a careful look on streetview (see below)
I have had another reminder from them which I filed with the previous. I am keeping all the records wondering if it would me worth launching a co-ordinated complaint to the Met. Action Fraud and the Belgian police which someone else in this page has suggested.
A couple of guys have stated they are frightened by their threats and some have paid up (such is the cost of peace of mind). I haven't and both my legs are still intact.

Scam website
Scam website, bogus profiles. I did cancel my membership via their customer service on line but Cancellation has to be via FAX !*! They make it deliberately difficult so you result in running up an increasing 'account'. I managed to stop payment using my Credit Card Company. Then a letter arrives from a Solicitor based in Munich demanding payment, with sinister implications like they know my IP address; they certainly know my name and my address (Credit card information). They are threatening further action - bailiffs? - which is very easy to do, very difficult to defend yourself from, and racks up even more costs. Although they are a scam they are now running on a legitimate path.
The above was my report from April 2023: read on:-

Nov 2023
Ongoing: The letter from the Munich based solicitors is a fake!! The address houses a Travel agent and a Pawn shop. A search for the solicitors firm produced a website with very little on it. Enter 'Law firms Munich/Munchen' lists lots of legal firms, but not this one. Search for the individual names on this legal practice - not one of them came up with a legal practitioner - they're all bogus. It does not exist - the legal firm sending the letter is a second level of scam by the same scamsters.
So what to do - screw it up and put it in the fire.

Avoid PaidWings AG

Avoid PaidWings AG — Scam Alert

“I had a very negative experience with PaidWings AG. Many profiles on their dating site seemed fake or automated. I couldn’t delete my account or stop the subscription, yet I was still charged. Attempts to contact customer support were ignored. Based on my experience and other reviews online, this service seems deceptive. I strongly advise others to stay away.”

Paidwings = Scam!

If you sign up, the "contract" between you and them agrees on a monthly (or more) payment. In my case I was locked out of the account and could not sign in. They said I owed them money according to the contract. I said I'm not paying for a site that I cannot log into. Then I got mails from "polizei", "silicitors", "lawyers" and so on. They said they represented Paidwings to collect the money I "owed" them.
I told them early on to delete my account, because I was locked out and was unable to do so myself. They totally ignored that, and kept sending threating mails of "legal actions".
Stay away and don't pay them!
Probably a team of scammers using bots and a.i. when answering questions and mails.
