The customer service was excellent
The customer service was excellent. We decided to use the dev mount product for new network equipment. The shipment arrived in a timely manner, and Mike Erto checked in with us to make sure all was ok.

When an out of stock item was not SHOWN out of stock and the system let me order anyway, they upgraded my purchase to the newer item at the same clearance price. Great customer service!

This device is not simple to use
This device is not simple to use. It has a great concept but by the time you figure out how to get it to work - you could have had all of your switches/routers racked and stacked. Getting the adjustment was terrible. I finally got it connected to the rack, but then when laid switch on it it drooped and wasn’t much help.
