This is really crazy. They are the worst. You pay more money to have it safely delivered with tracking code and they give it to some stranger, without looking at id or anything. they just threw my post inside a bank filiale. we have things delivered from china and they dont get lost.
How does this post office website still get my delivery address wrong when I know I typed it in right when I placed an order from Amsterdam Duck Store online? Whenever I check my parcel for that order, the delivery address still reads 4727 Lewis Place, St. Louis, 63113 United States when I Clearly typed 4727 Lewis Place, St. Louis, Missouri 63113-2407, United States at time I placed an order from amsterdamduck.com who uses this postal services for shipping online buyer orders. Is there some kind of bug on the website that causes this error when I track my parcel for this order? This is the second time this error happened. First order delivery was unsuccessful because of this. Now it’s going to happen again because of this same error. And I will lose another $70.
Awful website. There is ZERO customer support. Had a package held up in customs for weeks now. The 'contact us' button takes you to filling out a form for new business, nothing to do with existing shipments.
Steer clear for anything being sent internationally
Had a bundle of things shipped from Germany back in November, last status update was back on December 3rd saying that it was in “FRANKFURT/FLUGHAFEN, GERMANY“. It is February 7th now. Now I have to have the shipper file a claim and hope it turns up.
Two weeks ago the package was sent and it's not here yet. Worst company I know.
