Since you've purchased individual booster packs, there is no guaranteed pull rate. Guaranteed ratios typically only apply when purchasing a sealed booster box.

My parcel did not reach me, although it was expected at home. I still don't know what happened, I don't have the package or money.

Since the first time you mailed us we immediatly replied with a form you needed to fill in for a missing package, and send this form multiple times in different e-mails.
We still haven't gotten the filled in form back from you. What do you want us to do? Its like you don't even read the replies to the e-mails you send us.
We would like to still get the filled in form so we can proceed with the investigation and sort this out.
