No order update but they made it right
My order hasn't moved in about a week. Tried reaching out but have yet to hear back. Customer service helped me out a lot and offered discounts after the package was lost enroute. They really do good by their customers!

We did have a few extra days on our response times during the summer. Normally, our support team replies within 24 hours, but due to a higher volume of inquiries, our response times were unfortunately a little longer.
That said, we completely understand that this doesn’t change the fact that your parcel wasn’t delivered as it should have been. We’re genuinely sorry that the shipping carrier let you down.
That’s why we chose to issue you a full refund, added extra loyalty points to your account, and also offered extra cans on your next order if you’d like to give us another chance. 💛
Our team works incredibly hard to help every customer. Whenever something goes wrong with a shipment, we don’t just answer emails, we also contact shipping carriers, customs authorities, and local postal services whenever needed to try and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
