Great couch. Beautiful color.

Order still not delivered, no message and working phone number for your service center after 5 or 6 messages, a real dreadful and pathetic service. Never purchase anything from this site.

The quality is very good. The product is exactly as described. The delivery company was friendly and delivered on time.

"The customer support is unbelievably poor. Defective parts are replaced incorrectly. Only one part is taken back instead of several. There is absolutely no organization. You cannot reach anyone from Germany, except by email. The email correspondence takes forever. That is why I am returning the couch, because it is simply nerve-wracking. If I had to grade it, it would be an absolute F (zero out of ten)."

The sofa is excellent, the packing material was excellent, the unpacking was easy - only the delivery had a problem at the first try because the driver did not appear due to working hour restrictions arrived... but all in all: I am happy.

The Information on the transportation Details were accurate. The delivery Service was very friendly and double-checked everything. They took the packaging material with them - very convenient!
The Building up of my sleeping chair was very easy. I didn't even need the support of my Partner. And my new armchair is very confortable, it Looks Great and I am looking forward to my First guest to try it out.

Product is great, quality and assembly, too. I was not completely satisfied with the delivery. I could choose a date-which I did-but it got changed to another day without notification. The phone number in the swyft email does not work (you get an error), and the logistics partner could not change the delivery date. So there was no way to get into contact with anyone to change the date. Not very customer friendly, I’m afraid.

The chairs are great. They were well packed so that they arrived in one piece. One star off for not keeping our original delivery date - which was a huge hassle- because i stayed home from work for nothing. Then had to do it again for the actual date of delivery.

First off, the furniture itself is great. Looks exactly like the pictures, wonderful color, easy to set up, comfy and pretty.
Unfortunately, the service was abysmal. I had ordered free samples a few weeks ago and they never arrived. Thought maybe the order didn’t go through and ordered again - didn’t arrive. Finally I went to a show room to get an impression instead, but it made me nearly decide for another couch (which would’ve been a shame).
Next, the delivery. Horrible. First, I could not find any way to change the delivery time. Fine, I made it work. Then the delivery people arrived and were horribly rude. They bumped into things multiple times, even though there was ample space in accordance with the instructions by the company. I had prepared a tip of course, which was bigger than necessary for a delivery to the first floor (!) that I had already paid 80€ for, but they asked for the tip before the delivery was even done. Well, that’s rude but maybe they had a bad day. So I gave them the tip ahead of time - and they started berating me, as it was “not enough”. It was more than 10% of the original cost. They wanted double and pressured me about it. I did not give it to them and eventually they finished the delivery and left. Two big burly guys pressuring me, a small young woman for money, left a super bitter and frankly kinda scared taste in my mouth though.
So unfortunately horrible experience all around, even though the product itself is nice.

I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Besides the high quality product, the whole communication and logistics processes (packaging and delivery) were really high end. Couldnt be more satisfied and can highly recommend

I’m very happy with the sofa. The craftsmanship is top-notch, and the fabric feels nice and soft. The seat is a bit firmer, but I personally find that very comfortable. The color is actually a bit lighter in person than it appears in the pictures.
I was particularly impressed with the customer service: Despite the delivery issues, I was always kept well informed, and they even refunded my shipping costs. Overall, I’m very satisfied and would order from them again in a snap.

The sofa we finally got is very nice but it took us more than 4 months to receive it and we are still waiting for the second one.
The communication was polite but it took quite a while before we got any answers at all. Phone number did not work.

Product still Not delivered

Hands off!!! Portuguese shell company. Goods were never delivered. Support is unreachable—either via the provided numbers or in writing—despite multiple warnings. The phone numbers don't even exist. I'm stuck with the costs. Scammers!

I still haven't received my order. This is my first ever review, as I don't tend to write any. However, this experience really made me write one. They have changed the delivery date for the fifth time now. Every time I contact them, they offer me a refund of 70€, which I believe is really nothing considering the fact that I paid a four digit amount TWO MONTHS ago. By the way, the phone number they provide does not exist, which makes it even harder to contact them, same goes for the contact details of the delivery company - very sketchy. When I check online, it now says that the product is not even available which really makes me start doubting the entire seriousness of this company. Would not recommend.
