Most people don’t come to Svens Island looking for a miracle. They come after years of trying creams that worked briefly — or not at all. Steroids that helped, then created new worries. Natural products that sounded promising, but didn’t last. We exist for people living in that cycle — the constant itch, the flare-ups that come back, the frustration of doing everything “right” and still not getting lasting calm. Svens Island was created to offer a gentler, more trustworthy alternative: natural, steroid-free support for skin that needs comfort, consistency, and care over time — for adults and children alike.

Not suitable for very sensitive skin
Applied on my child’s affected areas, and it worsened his eczema. Didn’t realise this cream caused it, so I’d applied more hoping it’ll work but that’s when I realised it was this product that had triggered my child’s eczema. Beforehand, always had use same products and this was the only new introduced one into the routine.

Just honest feedback on the product (on behalf of my husband)..... "I'm 57 and have tried a multiude of products for my ezcema and have been to many specialists over that time. Unfortunately this product felt like it was burning my skin and it made it 10 times worse. It isn't for everyone HOWEVER Svens Island did offer a refund and was concerned about the product not working on my skin. Dealing with the company itself was great."
A rip-off
A rip-off! they keep sending product each month and charging my credit card even though I NEVER agreed to a "subscription" I will get my bank to block them.
I was really disappointed to find out…
I was really disappointed to find out they deducted $76 the next month from my account. Unaware of their reoccurring subscription. I thought I was purchasing one 250gram container with 2 sample pots free.
It put my bank account in to overdraft fees. I am a pensioner.
Then they suggested I send it back and pay for the courier fee. I felt this was not a good customer service. I would never buy again or refer this Company.
SCAM - 60 day refund "load of rubbish" cream didnt work
SCAM - I purchased the cream and balm and the cream didn't work for me. So I initiated the refund process.
The business has a 60 days refund policy - contact them and they will advise on what to do.
They could not find an order or email address that I used which is clearly stated on the invoice. The responses are Auto generated that its not matching etc... I doubt there is someone actually reading the emails.

Subscription trap
Subscription trap, product doesn’t do shit.
“When your first order was placed, the “Subscribe & Save” option was selected at checkout. This gives you discounted price and free gifts on first order but also sets up a recurring subscription, which is why a new order was processed automatically.”
Difficult to unsubscribe, had to login to the site to do so.
Be careful of this. Would not buy again. Card was automatically charged.
Scam
Scam, Scam! Watch out. Even after cancelling a subscription after the first order, they continue to charge and won't refund. Read other reviews and avoid this Scam!
Cream doesn't work
Cream doesn't work. I never consented to subscription model and second arrived. I paid to mail back contents they said they never received. When I showed them the tracking receipt, they didn't apologize just said ok we'll refund doesn't say how much. I realized this is a scam!
I'm a grandparent and I have bought…
I'm a grandparent and I have bought every cream and lotion that is out there for my grandson since he was born. Decided to buy another and I can not believe how well this worked. My grandson has eczema behind his knees and within 1 week the dryness and inflammation was gone. I didnt find this product until he was 9 months old but myself and my daughter couldn't be more happier for this product. I can say that if we aren't consistent with it it will flare back up but we get back to putting it on and its gone and he's not scratching his leg. If I have to buy this for rest of his life to keep it under control I will be a lifetime buyer. Thank you Svens Island for bringing relief to my grandson.
I have been trying lots of natural…
I have been trying lots of natural products over 3 years and they have not worked for me.
Sven's Island products are authentic and do work.
The Balm and the Cream take the itch out and if you continue for a month twice a day or more the redness will fade away.
I love their products.
Burnt layers off my skin
Burnt layers off my skin. They have sponsored ads claiming it fixes certain skin issues when in fact it only made it worse. My whole bottom half of my face is red raw and peeling from using their product after only 2 days of use. I can’t even touch my face anymore because of how sore it is. I took screenshots of the ads and am working on a case with a lawyer to be compensated for the damage. I used the Balm.
This company has twice used my card…
This company has twice used my card without authorization. I purchased a one time order. Have received 1 refund and am now waiting on the second. Beware.
I brought this for my son after reading…
I brought this for my son after reading many great successful reviews to manage his eczema he has around his mouth. Unfortunately the product didn’t make the slightest difference after apply the product consistently over a 3 week period. The product smells lovely but not effective.
Great product - AWFUL website.
My partner bought me some of the miracle balm after months of having a perioral dermatitis flare up. It has been one of the only things that worked and I would highly recommend it.
However, when I went onto the website to reorder some, it automatically signs you up for a subscription, there are pop ups and banners at every stage trying to get you to add extra items to your cart. When you go to check out there was a banner over the check out button trying to get me to add more products to my cart. It completely distracts from the credibility of the product and feels very scammy and inauthentic. I would rather pay extra and purchase it from a pharmacy than trying to purchase through their website.
Miracle Manuka Daily Defence Cream For Dry, Itchy Skin 250g
Yes, it truly is a MIRACLE, within just a few days I had an excellent improvement in my skin condition. Never used a cream as good as this. Very impressed. What a great product. Highly recommended.
It is way too overated
It is way too overated, does not HEAL eczema. And their money back guarantee sucks younhave to literally return your half test item back to them!!! How can I test a product if I haven't used it and it made me suspicious what do they do with the returned tested creams do they formulate it back and use it and sell it again???
The cream works but wow the stench
The cream works but wow the stench, they really need to do something about how bad it smells. My kids refuse because of how it smells
Terrible experience with their customer…
Terrible experience with their customer service, it took weeks for my initial order to be shipped, continuously received wrong information about timeline, requested to cancel and they keep charging my card for a subscription I never signed up for. I realized only recently that I have been charged 5 months and I have never received any product. No product has ever been delivered! I have contacted them to refund and further requested to remove my information from their system so this doesn’t happen in the future but they have not confirmed that they have canceled this subscription I never signed up for! Terrible experience. Avoid!
Customer Service
The products themselves seem lovely and are made with great ingredients. Unfortunately, we didn’t see any noticeable improvement in our son’s eczema while using them. To be fair, we still haven’t received the wash product, so it’s possible the range is intended to work best when used together.
My biggest issue has been with the subscription and customer service. I cancelled my subscription in writing and have the email chain to prove it. Despite this, the subscription was continued without my permission, resulting in another order being processed and charged.
Even after providing the email correspondence showing that I had cancelled, it has been extremely difficult to have the issue acknowledged and resolved.
It’s disappointing because the products themselves seem nice, but the experience of dealing with the subscription and customer service has completely overshadowed the product for me.
Bought the one-off purchase to try
Bought the one-off purchase to try. One month later my card was debited again. Emailed them and they told me I subscribed. They only offer you to continue on with the service or a store credit.
Wish I read the reviews on the scamming of them signing you into a subscription without your knowledge.
Curious though, if I was signed up to a subscription I should have got the discount price they preach when in fact I paid full-price for the "one-off purchase"
Avoid!
