Excellent communication from our initial contact with Summit. Always professional and quick to answer any queries. We found the pricing very competitive and would definitely recommend to anyone interested in leasing a car. Delivery of the car was slightly longer than was expected but when we were given a date it arrived on time. All good!!

I have nothing but praise for the team at Summit Drive. Firstly the pricing compared to other companies was the best but the whole process of ordering the car I wanted to organising the finance deal to delivery was seamless. The team are so nice and go out of their way to help. Lisa and the delivery team who I dealt with Cerian, Debbie and Michelle were just so efficient and helpful. I would definitely recommend Summit Drive if you are looking to lease a car.

Would highly recommend Summit Drive, Cerian and Lisa always on hand to answer any questions with a prompt response, delivery team kept me up to date until the vehicle was parked on my driveway. Excellent.

Entire process was made extremely simple, and a result of that was that the process from start to finish was very quick. That's not to say they weren't informative, from the beginning they made sure I had all necessary documentation at each stage and that I understood the entirety of that documentation.

Delivery of the vehicle was roughly 2 weeks from first contact, which was beyond what I thought would be possible even in the most ideal circumstances, and they're price was roughly £20pm cheaper than the next best quote.

At the moment I see no reason why I would consider any other provider for my next vehicle when the time comes.

Nothing too much trouble for them and everything was so efficient.

Ordered a golf polo tsi match through summit who were excellent throughout the whole process, communiation was excellent always replied back immediately, very professional and knowledgeable. i dealt with James and Cerian who were brilliant and a big thankyou to the delivery team

I am not completely disappointed with the experience. Ordering the vehicle was easy, the delivery was spot on, but I would like to have been kept up to speed with delivery dates etc, instead of having to contact them for details and information.

I wanted to lease a new VW Polo for my daughter. We reviewed the specifications for different models on VW web site around March and decided to go for Match edition for the reversing camera. Thought I had seen that it came with mats too but thought nothing more of it.

Found a good price via Leasing.com with Summit and their broker fee was cheaper than most too. This was in April that I placed the order and we took delivery 1st of June (could have had it sooner but timed it for the TAX and insurance of old car to expire) but no mats supplied. I queried with delivery driver but he was unsure. I rechecked with VW web site and all models were specifically specified with front and rear mats from base model upwards.

I contacted Summit, as the broker, who contacted VW dealer and we were told that the internal build sheet of this car was pre December 2025 and mats were not standard then. I contacted VW UK direct and they said the same thing but did mention car was not built until Feb 2026. I also contacted the lease funder to mention that mats were not included and I was told to keep all correspondence in case of any disputes on returning the vehicle because mats was specified as standard on the web on ordering and delivery.

I recontacted Summit to see if they could reapproach VW over this, especially as I did not want to have to rake all this up in 3 years time on returning the car, and Summit very kindly agreed to fund the standard carpet mats that l feel should have been supplied by the VW dealer to comply with the current specification on their web site.

Can't thank Summit enough feel they have gone above and beyond to satisfy their customers and would definitely use them again the future.

Grace had great customer service and was super helpful in my decision making, making the whole process run smoothly and keeping me updated with everything as i went along the process.
