As an early stage founder one of the hardest challenge when I started working on my fundraising was the legal headache around it. I literally did not know where to start, I was lost. I got recommended to some legal firms, asking me some insane amount of money to do what I thought could now be done with AI but I wanted to make sure this part was reviewed by professionals.
Then I met Patricia and the Sule team... and they changed the whole experience for me. They made it easy, clear, and affordable for a pre-seed founder. They connected me with one of their lawyer Richard who was amazing! Very knowledgeable and friendly, he was jumping on calls to respond to my questions, I was not charged for every question I had, he was available and always pointing me to the right direction. Great, affordable service for startup founders. I worked with SuLe's team on a variety of legal issues in the early days of my company. Their library of legal templates and bespoke support was invaluable, and their pricing was very reasonable throughout.

Finding a competent reasonably priced legal service as a start up is a challenge, and Sule fit the bill. Trish and the team have been terrific in resolving issues, even when things got really bumpy with a recent issue that I faced with them.
