Updating review as of Aug 6th, this company is a total scam they took my money lied that they mailed the shoes that i never received, been over 4 months and refused to give me my refund!! Do not waste your time if you live in the states they are a complete scam!!

If you are not sure if you want the product, don't buy it. The return-policy is terrible (non-existing)
I wanted shoes for my wedding: so I ordered two pair of shoes, to make sure I had the right size. When I got them they were a bit plastic-like so I wanted to return them both. I mailed with one of the staff-members they responded as following:
"Dear customer, we will refund your money when we receive the shoes, and could you please send us mail number to track the package? Best regards."
I did all they asked, even paid 20 euro's to return the two pair of shoes.
I recieved the following: "Hello dear customer
two shoes delivered so we will refund your money
regards"
It took way to long for my money to be refunded, so when I hadn't recieved my money for 2 months, I contacted them again. And again. And again. (FROM AUGUST UNTIL OCTOBER...) Always trying to be polite. In october I recieved a mail: "We would like to offer you a special code as a gesture of goodwill, this code can be applied to your next purchase."
I said someone of the staff promised my money back. I never heard from them again. I kept trying until I was sick of it.
Now I'm just very tired of it all. And so now they have my money, and their two pair of shoes back. And what do I have: literally nothing except less money.

I had been looking for monk strap sneakers for at least 3 years. During this time, I found some monk strap sneakers that cost an arm and a leg, and some that looked plastic. I stumbled on StreetMode during my monthly routine search for monk strap sneakers. Sneakers looked good, the price was great ( on sale ) and they delivered world wide. So I decided to put them to the test and ordered a pair of white monk strap sneakers. Ordered on the 26th of November ( night ) and received them on the the 4th of December. I'm in Australia. Sent from Pakistan. Not bad. The sneakers looked a bit narrow, I unbuckled it and put them on. Snug fit, but couldn't buckle them back up. Walked around in them, felt good. Took them off and buckled them up then put them back on ( without unbuckling them ) and they fit. So I won't be unbuckling them from now on. I'll just slide my feet into them without unbuckling them. The sneakers are soft but sturdy. The narrowness has been taken care of by wearing them in for the last two days and now fits great. Removable insoles. Great price, quick delivery, tracking, good fit and looks great. I won't know how well they'll last for at least 6 months ( maybe sooner if they don't last ) So far, I'm very happy with my purchase

Omg it’s an awful store, really. First they didn't deliver my order in time and I had to shop the day of my wedding to replace shoes that I ordered from this store and now I can’t get any response on my return/refund, they just don’t respond to my emails and return requests. Moreover they ask you during check out if you want to leave a tip to them!!! I'm sorry are you crazy?! Are you a charity or a taxi driver?! Never ever buy anything from them again
Updating my review: after I wrote the above part they contacted me and sent me a refund without a need to return an item. I'm glad it got solved but it’s sad that bad review is the only thing that helped to do that
Updating my review again: so they sent me a screenshot where they showed that they are sending a refund to me and they asked to update my review, I updated it (see above) accordingly and added one more star for finally resolving the issue. But then they started borbanding me with messages to update my review again, they told me I didn't make any significant changes to it. What?! Maybe you will send me a text then?! This is my honest review. Reviews exist for this purpose - to be true and to help make a decision to shop with you or not. Now they are writing me that if they wanted they could just report my review here and Trustpilot would delete it. So…..eventually they asked me to remove my review. I didn't reply them cause I already updated it and that's what I promised to do. And now..what you think…they rejected my refund😂😂😂isn’t it funny🙃I can't even imagine how many more people just removed their bad reviews for refunds. Guys, Im not gonna open a whole new world for you but you could just hire a professional customer service person who responds to inquiries on time…that will solve all your issues cause people go to write bad reviewsbecause they don't have other choice to attract your attention

I ordered a pair of shoes from this company. Per their policy they may be returned if the product is not what I expected. It was not. I have asked for a return label at least 3 times now as I am considered an international purchaser but received an email quoting the part of the policy that says it's my responsibility to pay "transferring" costs. The very next line states in so many words that the company can process the return, id Est, send a return label so I'm not sure why one has not yet been emailed to me. Still waiting for a response that will hopefully include a return label.
Just received a message from their rep. They again said that per policy that international transfer costs belong to the buyer.
They said they would only refund half the cost and allow me to keep the shoes that were not what I expected and will not wear and per policy, are returnable. I will not order from this company again.
Although my previous statements still apply, I am updating this review to let you all know what has transpired since my last update.
The company has refunded all but the shipping cost of a little more than $14, possiby because they wanted me to keep the shoes.
I have changed the rating to 2 and would have changed it to 2.5 but didn't know how to.

Thick flip flops
My wife wanted some white sandals and I saw yours on the web. They looked very unique and the design was out of the ordinary. The price was fair but the shipping was a bit slow. Still they were well worth the wait, my says they are very durable and will probably last many years. The soles are so strong that she walked across broken glass without a single piece penetrating them. This is a AAA product.

Ordered 4 pairs of shoes. Says it's suppose to arrive within a week. Took almost 3 weeks. They also did not include my apartment number at which I had to keep contacting the shipping company to locate my products. An extra pair of shoes which I did not order was also in the shipment . I wear a size 7/5-8 in men, and that shoe is size 12 and the company claims I order it. Which I did not and clearly does not wear a size 12. The shoe quality are poor. One of the pair, a right foot is loose. I have to also wear a very thick sock to keep the shoes from falling out. Spent almost 300.00 US dollars. They did settle for 249.00 (-50.00) discount which would've probably covered the shipping. Overall, I will not buy again. Quality and service was very poor. Oh by the way, they take forever to respond to emails.
