Great company to work with! Even when an unexpected issue came up at the property, Olga and Dom handled everything professionally and made sure I was fairly paid for my time. Highly recommend!

They contradicted themselves multiple times in the contract. Then proceeded to tell me they could not buy the property four days before our closing date due to the roof and siding. They waited almost a full month to send their contractors to do an estimate of the property. The home and property is well worth over 110k but because it needed renovation and repairs and I not longer live in the state it is in we decided to sell it they gave us an offer for 16k which fine I don’t care don’t want it just wanted to be done with it. Four lots 2 car functional garage with auto doors and a four bedroom town house with a full 30ft by 60 ft functional basement. Store room and shed all functional. House was complete and up to code tin roof the whole thing. Four days prior to closing they drop the we will not be going forward because of the repair costs but never entered the establishment or asked for entry which we provided to them multiple times. Do not use this company they are a poor representation of home buyers.
