I was in and out quickly. Staff was friendly and helpful with frame selections and any questions about lenses, but I never received an email, text, or phone call when my eyeglasses were ready.

Won't Go Back!
Ad was misleading about two glasses for one. I was a tourist staying near by. Booked an appointment. I was charged for my eye exam, and told that the 2 for 1 deal didn't apply for progressive lens. Also, I didn't like how I was never seen by an actual Dr. I have a medical issue and needed to know the status of my eyes; whether I'm developing vision complications from my medical issue or if my eyes were healthy and ok. I asked? I got vague replies. Additionally, I was told that the glasses would take 7-10 days; when I counted the days that it was to be ready was 15. I tried to cancel the order about, two days after my visit which was when order was placed, and was told that I couldn't, because the lens were ready. But, the glasses still took 13 whole day before they were ready. Lastly, I requested for them to be mailed. I specified that repeatedly to the staff, and she still put it for pickup. I think she's did it intentionally after I tried to cancel the order. Products are grossly over priced. Will not be a returning customer or be recommending to anyone.
