I have used sthalls since I have been doing T-shirts. It’s so easy to upload your design and the colors are always are always so bright. I get the ultra color DTF heat transfers in delivery always on time always when it says it’s coming never any issues and I have did orders multiple times

The quality of the transfers are incredibly low.
The quality of the transfers has greatly diminished. Colors are constantly off, designs falling off the carrier plastic. When transfers come in on gang sheets designs are falling off!! Yes their costumer service is ok, and usually gets resolved but as a business that has deadlines and many customers this poses a huge problem. Also the new AI uploader has bugs, and freezes mid upload. It also auto preps art and most of the time not in a constructive way.

Color max problem again
Color max - shortages on our order, two transfers with type falling off the carrier. We sent photos and an email to Mary Blondell (she told me to reach out with problems) on Tuesday 8.4.26, followed up on 8.5.26 with another email - we received no response. After losing two days we reached out to your customer service on 8.5.26 - its been another two days and we have not heard from anyone. We have not received any indication that our messages were received or if they are taking care of our problem. We have missed the due date and sent the order short. We need to make this right. I would like someone to address our problem, send us new transfers as requested on Tuesday and offer a credit for all the wasted time and running around we are being forced to do to finish this project.
