New to all this, didn't read the terms properly, partly my fault. Signed up last Thursday and took the welcome bonus without checking the wagering. The offer said x20 on the front and then the actual terms showed a higher figure. When I asked, two agents gave me two answers. The bonus expired while I was still trying to work out how it worked.
Tried to set a deposit limit and it only took effect the next day, so I could still top up that evening. The one time it matters, it didn't. Raising it was instant though.
The balance display caught me out. On a cracked-screen tablet it updated a beat behind the spin, so twice I bet more than I meant to because the number was stale. Small bug, but with real money it's not nothing. Mentioned it and got 'try clearing your cache'. Cheers for that.
