Néanmoins, on est vraiment désolé que la livraison ne se soit pas passée comme prévu. Nous tentons de choisir les meilleurs partenaires de livraison, mais n'avons pas de contrôle direct sur l'acheminement de votre colis. Nous tenons tout de même à nous excuser au nom du livreur.
J'espère que nous aurons à nouveau la chance de vous prouver la qualité de nos services. Nous avons également un service de livraison standard, qui se fait par la poste locale (et peut donc être déposé directement dans votre boîte aux lettres) si nécessaire.
