I enjoy the fact that the facility I frequent has many windows, kind employees, a working sauna, is always clean, and offers a wide range of weight lifting machines.

I am having a good experience in the sports city . Instructors are very good in their job. Although I feel that there are no instructions in English . I am aware that full class can't go on in english. But even one or two sentences will make to easier. Understanding and feel part of the class.

Overall, I really like everything. However, there is one issue. Sometimes, when I want to enter the sauna, other visitors might try to stop me, claiming that I’m required to be completely naked! This is unacceptable to me, as it is to other visitors. If I don’t want to be naked in there, why am I being pressured—and, furthermore, prevented from using the sauna—especially considering that I pay for access to the facility and the sauna, just like everyone else? Not to mention the hygiene aspect. Otherwise, I really like the facility itself; thank you.

I wrote a message days ago due to the skin damage I experience with the renovated technogym machines. In the machines: Vertical Traction, Low row and others the handles are not round, they have sides and cause pain and damage. Today I used the gloves, it improved but still not enough. Written confirmation of payment, then a debt collector five months later
Good gym and competent staff, but seriously poor payment management and handling of complaints.
I checked twice at reception that my cancellation was sorted and all payments were up to date. I also have an email from management confirming everything was paid. Five months later, I received a demand for almost €100 from a debt collection company.
Despite this confirmation, SportCity insists I owe money and tells me to take it up with the debt collector. If they made an administrative mistake, they should take responsibility and resolve it, instead of leaving the customer to deal with the consequences.
This is unacceptable. Customers should be able to trust written confirmation from management. Keep every receipt and email if you join. It is a shame that this handling of payments damages the reputation of an otherwise good gym.

Location is good, atmosphere is good. Cleaning could be better sometimes. I usually go to the classes, some teachers (Sol, Mitchell) are great, but some others need to pay more attention to what's happening when you train. Also I really liked a man who gave a couple of boxing lessons, very wise and kind (rather old) Dutch man. Bring him back!

A few machines are always broken
A few machines are always broken, without anyone looking into them for weeks, not days. Toilet is also often broken with a hundred of people in the gym and only one toilet available. Changing rooms are often so wet, with puddles on and under the benches. At least, people are nice and friendly

Unfortunately, our experience with Jiandro Curial at SportCity has been disappointing. We experienced several interactions as unprofessional and disrespectful, and at times his behaviour made us feel uncomfortable.
We also know of other members who have expressed similar concerns about their interactions with him. In our opinion, staff members should communicate respectfully, maintain appropriate professional boundaries and help create an environment in which every member feels comfortable and welcome.
The phrase “Treat yourself better” should, in our view, also be reflected in how members are treated.
We hope SportCity continues to take feedback from its members seriously and uses it to maintain a professional, respectful and welcoming environment for everyone.
