I have not even tried the product yet. At checkout i agreed to purchase 2 boxes and consented to paypal paying that amount. The next thing i know the bill emailed to me from slimqa is for over double the amt i thought id authorised. And two separate pending payments were appearing in my paypal account. I contacted slimqa asked them to delete the second order and refund me the money. Their response was that that was what i ordered. They have hidden costs that customers are not aware of. They commenced me on automatic payments which i cancelled in my paypal acct. i had no idea that i had “agreed” to this. I asked a number of times for a refund and to cancel the second products which i was unaware that i ordered! The products werent sent for days but they just refused to do that. Instead they sent me 5 packages that are in transit and refunded me 40% of the cost. My other option was to post the items back to the netherlands and pay the cost of postage.

In my mind they are an unethical company and i would not deal with them.

Tried to cancel order. They were quick to reply but refused to cancel order. Stating it had already processed which was false. They offered a 25% refund. Now they won’t reply to my emails.

Bit pushy with all the add ons. Can be a bit off putting

The process was good and I would have given 5 stars except for all the items you need to add on. Now I’m wondering if this is as good as first made out or does it only work with your add ons

Went to look at this product, only wanted one box and got charged for 3 separate things. I have not received any confirmation email or tracking number. I did not approve these transactions and I want a refund but I keep sending support requests with no response. VERY DISSATISFIED!!!!!!!

Extra boxes. I emailed to have my money refunded. No response. This is theft.

It is explained well, The questions are relevant. The extra add ons took me aback. So now we will wait and see if the product actually works.I ordered the 3 boxes Slimqa.

I was excited to order my first Slimqa but very disappointed with all the popups,which I kept saying No to,but have now discovered that I have the 75% off order charged to my account which I did NOT authorise .There is no phone number available for me to contact.I hope someone from Slimqa will see this and contact me

I didn't like all of the other things that they want you to add to the order for the coffee. Not everyone can afford all of the other stuff. We will see how the coffee works first.

Pricing is deceiving and it’s too late to change your mind. This shit better work for the price

Beware – Unexpected Charges for Products Not Ordered

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this company.

I placed an online order, completed my purchase, and subsequently discovered an additional $83 charge for a product I had never ordered or authorized.

I immediately contacted the company and requested that the order be stopped. Rather than acknowledging the seriousness of charging a customer for an item they never ordered, the company offered me a 25% discount.

I find this response completely unacceptable.

This is about honesty, transparency, and basic business ethics. Customers should be charged only for products they have knowingly selected and authorized. Adding products and charging customers without their consent is not an acceptable business practice.

A discount does not correct the problem or restore my confidence in this company.

I would caution other consumers to carefully review their charges and ensure they are only paying for what they actually ordered.

This experience has seriously undermined my trust in this business, and I would not feel comfortable recommending it to others.

Trying to continually make you purchase more

too many add ons, i want to see if this works before i order more

I HATE all the “add ons”. I just want the product, not a bunch of other stuff. It either works on its own or it doesn’t.

Too many pop-up add-ons to purchase. Makes me wonder if this coffee is as good as they say it is, if they’re trying to flog all the rest of the supplements to take along side of it???

I wasn’t sent a receipt for my purchase???

Do not buy from this company they ship the product even if you change your mind and request cancellation right after you ordered. They are scam company and do jit try to please their customers.
