Nearing the end of my treatment now, will be completing 7 months. Everything went smoothly, was always able to get an appointment in time, there's a lot of flexibility in the openings, if I have questions I can always ask in appointment or send an email. Overall very happy with the process as my skin has finally cleared up after going on isotretinoin.

I had a really positive experience. All the doctors I had appointments with were very professional, kind and helpful. They always took the time to answer my questions clearly and explain everything in a way that was easy to understand.
The staff who helped me arrange my blood tests were also incredibly helpful and made the whole process very easy. So everything has been handled quickly, professionally and to a very high standard.

I’ve had a great experience with the service. It’s very simple and easy to use, and I originally used it to access Accutane because NHS waiting times were too long. The whole process was very smooth and straightforward. Dr Sreedhar Krishna is very knowledgeable and friendly, answered all my questions, and reassured me about any concerns I had. I would definitely recommend skindoc!! Another great benefit is they offer appointments throughout the day up until very late in the evening !

It's an expensive service but I have found the whole process worth the money. Seamless, easy to navigate and more importantly helped me get my acne under control when nothing else worked and I felt hopeless.

I just wanted a solution for my acne, skin doc were fast, helpful and understanding. everyone I spoke to was knowledgeable and got me through the process with ease. My skin is cured. Best decision I’ve ever made ! I have had mild acne that’s absolutely destroyed my confidence over the past 6 years of my life. Which as you can imagine is a long time to be anxious about going out into the public or having photos ruined just because I had acne. I decided as a last ditch effort to contact skin doc. My main concern was that my acne wasn’t “bad enough” for accutane. After emailing the team who were very responsive, they put me onto Dr Krishna who was amazing and helped me massively. He listened to my story and decided without a doubt accutane was what I needed. And I have had the easiest and best experience taking the drug. My skin has cleared up to now being entirely clear, my skin is no longer oily, my blackheads in my nose are entirely gone. It was 100% the best and right decision and if you are somebody who is unsure about taking this step please do it !!!

Dr Krishna was the bomb.com. He was super helpful and knowledgeable and even let me do consultations when I was in the middle of various parties. He explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout my appointment. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for excellent dermatological care.

Amazing and professional not much else to say. Very kind and quick to get to me with everything. Very satisfied and obviously it comes with a price but that's to be expected going private.
