A special thank you to Rose, who was absolutely outstanding throughout the entire process. She was professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful, making what could have been a very stressful situation completely hassle-free. Not only did she ensure that my visa dates were updated smoothly, but she also arranged for my visa to be issued three months in advance, giving me complete peace of mind for my upcoming trip.
