Very disappointing experience with this pharmacy service. My order was delayed without any proper explanation, and getting support was almost impossible. Every time I contacted customer service, I received different answers and no one seemed willing to actually solve the issue. What frustrated me most was the billing process — instead of helpful reminders or proper communication, the situation escalated unnecessarily fast and felt extremely unfriendly toward customers. For a company handling health-related products, I expected professionalism and reliability, but sadly this was the complete opposite. I will definitely avoid using this service again.

Really horribly ksenophobic customer support unfriendly, German only ripping off policy.
The sent me wrong invoice that didn’t not expected the refund they offered on the phone.
After which they sent the letter from incasso.
Had to invest time to call them, the lady on the phone was absolutely rude telling me wrong email address I have to send the payment confirmation.
Really Nazibehaving company.
It should be reported to European institution that protects customers with this behaviour.
