Quick delivery and very good well made product. Brought for our 7 year old granddaughter as her friends have one. Hopefully it will encourage her to drink more.

I wasn’t prepared for how much air travels through the straw and some of the flavours don’t seem to work with how faint the flavour is… but I’m drinking so much water!!! I didn’t drink any before but within 2 weeks I’m immediately settled in the habit of drinking 2 litres a day. Easiest healthiest habit formed in my lifetime!
Great service and delivery. I will be watching the brand hoping to see more metal/glass bottle options.

I did not believe that this drinking bottle would work. So glad I bought one as I've now cut out all squashes this lowering sugar levels.

Air up is terrible. All it is is just another youtube slop promotion. The scent isnt that good when you drink it. The "scent" doesnt add anything to the water when you drink it. Even the most popular flavor, watermelon. The bottle doesn't keep cold, with ice. Trying to suck on the straw is more work than necessary. If you open the product you can't return it so now I have a worthless 40$ bottle I can't do anything with. Very sketchy return policy.

Since they deleted my review. Im adding it back again even tho this was years ago. Air up is a scam and i will stick by it. The bottle is sub par, poor quality. The scent packs is a poor excuse of a gimmick

To be clear I had never ever bought an air up product before. I did see heavily advertised some time ago and it was always something that interested me. however due to recently change in health, I wanted to attempt to drink more water. So the idea of a product that could serve that purpose appealed to me. I found the air up tumbler particularly appealing, just loved how it looked and the fact you drink water from it multiple ways was great. I found the price however a little expensive for what it was however. Essentially just a Stanley cup, which is a dig consider the tumbler is of a high quality generally but was just a bit too pricey for me. Ended up buying another buying another brand new from someone on Vinted for a much cheaper price as this was an unwanted gift hence why they were selling it. That however came without a mouthpiece which is something I didn’t realise I needed so you can imagine my disappointment when I eventually got the tumbler brand new, had a straw, had already in anticipation of getting the air bottle bought some official air up pods and couldn’t use them. However someone from your customer service team got back to me and as a gesture of good will send me a new straw and a matching mouthpiece for my tumbler which is really nice of them actually. Pretty their name was Alex. With that said since having the mouthpiece and proper straw, the experience has been much better however has varied in quality. I mentioned in another service I’ve done that depending on the flavour pod you get depends on how strong the scent is and your overall enjoyment of the product can differ due this this. For context I have bought apple, watermelon, mixed berries and cherry pods. I’ve used all the apple and had one water melon. But I did try one of the mixed berries and that is by far the strongest flavour I’ve had so far which had really made me enjoy drinking water from the bottle honestly. The other two flavoured as ok but the scent was far to weak effecting my enjoy of the bottle in general. Overall however I would recommend this to someone but I have the exercise caution and to pick the right flavours. However the quality of the item are fantastic, nothing feels cheap and drinking from the tumbler is genuinely enjoyable. I do wish I could buy more of the pods though, but they can be a little expensive for me. I really wanted to try the mango iced tea ones, sounds incredible, I mean just having a mango flavour in general really appealed to me but this is something I could afford at this time. But all and all, air up is a great product, I don’t think it’s a gimmick and can genuinely help people who struggle to drink water under normal circumstances. I doubt anyone will see if but hope what I said can be of help to someone.

I made contact with Air up when the lid to my tumbler broke, the chat bot raised a ticket for a live person to review my case and my tumbler was replaced under warranty. Alex was quick to email me with the outcome and i got tracking soon after.

My replacement was here quick and i was really pleased they could help!
