I initially had a call to help support measuring the radiators, then the team provided me a quotation that I wanted to update with different shapes price - they were always reactive and patient with me! At the end, the radiator fit perfectly, matched my interior and is a total joy for eyes!! Thank you

I can honestly say I’ve not felt happier with a purchase in a very long time. I have two very tired radiators in the hall and upstairs landing that have no problem working but were beyond making look good and were also at different distances from the wall.

The two covers I purchased from Sentimo have not only transformed the appearance of the two radiators but through the ingenious placement of the magnet actually have sorted out the misalignment too. I am so pleased.

They arrived extremely well packaged and so easy to assemble.

The service and support received from Sentimo staff completely backs this too. Knowledgeable, helpful and very supportive.

I will spread the word and also will have no hesitation in purchasing more if required in the future.

Took a punt and ordered one flat-fronted radiator cover for my ugly ribbed 1980s radiator and I LOVED it. I followed all the measuring instructions and what arrived fitted perfectly. I’m in the UK and the order took about 4 weeks to arrive. Putting it together only took about 10 mins. It transformed the look of my room by making the radiator ‘disappear’. My walls are painted Farrow and Ball ‘Slipper Satin’ and the colour I ordered was 9001 Cream and it blends/matches perfectly. I was so pleased I then ordered covers for all the radiators in the house = not cheap, but way less expensive than buying new radiators/fittings and paying a plumber to install. This product is genius.

Magnetic radiator cover delivered in good condition due to the secure packaging. Clear assembly instructions and relatively easy to install. Very pleased with the clean design which covers a somewhat ugly radiator. Would highly recommend.

Sentimo are topquality products (they deliver what they promise and eco-system is great) and also helpful people.

Two of four orders were not delivered. No information, silence from Sentimo as well as their currier provider. Currier told me to address it with Sentimo. I called Sentimo and there is no response.
I just lost around 600 EUR… Well.. product might be good, but only if it is actually provided.

Clear instructions on how to measure the radiator cover and when I had questions I got good help on WhatsApp.

The radiator cover is a fine product. Easy to put together. Recommended to do it with two persons. Pressing out some of the parts was a bit scary.
