If you could give zero stars, I would have done so. A terribly expensive parcel – large, but light – has gone missing and I’m not getting any compensation! Yes, the weight of the parcel.
They don’t keep you updated on how things are going either. In short, it’s absolute rubbish!
@Sendify, I’m not the sender – I’m supposed to be the recipient!!

Unfortunately, carriers compensate shipments based on weight if no additional insurance has been added for the shipment. For future transports, we therefore recommend insuring the goods, especially when they are of high value. This can easily be selected in the step where you choose the carrier during the booking process.
