Had conservatory roof replaced in september. From initial quote from richard to work being carried out by anthony and his team was a good experiance. All work was done to a high standard. I was really pleased with it all and it looks fab. Well done team.c

I was very pleased with the windows that Securahome installed for me during the summer of 2025, so I had them back again this year to renew 3 more windows.

The staff were very helpful, particularly as they came back another day to adjust the front door which had dropped on its hinges.

From taking the old conservatory down and away and erecting the new one took 2 days. Wet weather could have been an issue however, I was assured that the new one would be water tight the 1st day and it was. The job was completed in an efficient and professional manner and the 3 workers ensured no mess was left behind. Gary, the salesman who helped and suggested the best design to maximise the light, planned it to perfection. We are extremely pleased and would highly recommend this company.

Very friendly & helpful team. Arrived on day they stated & replaced my old conservatory with a new one & also added a fixed roof. They were very impressive & did a fantastic job. Would highly recommend them. Have just ordered all new windows with the same company as I was so impressed eith them.

Competetive pricing. Professional and careful from beginning to end. Pre-installation, everything was checked several times. Installation (four replacement windows,replacement patio door and new front door) was speedy but not rushed, with great care taken to protect a new carpet. There was a small colour issue with the front door/doorstep which was resolved in the same professional way. We are very happy with Securahome, would use again and would recommend to others.

What a fantastic experience we have had with Securahome! We first met with Richard to discuss our requirements, then with Martin who ‘tweaked’ things to give us EXACTLY what we wanted! The start date was agreed and went ahead without a hitch!!
Martin arrived on the first day to ensure everything went to plan and the week flew by!
I have NEVER had to NOT clean after having work done in my house - they were spotless! Even Craig the plasterer left no mess, no easy feat eh!!
The electricians were prompt, clean and precise and the ‘crew’ - not sure of their names - were quick and efficient in getting the old conservatory down and new one up swiftly, even in the horrendous weather we had!
A special mention must go to James who oversaw the project and worked through the horrible windy weather on the roof etc., was very patient with my questions and constantly kept me updated on what was happening.
I cannot fault Securahome which is VERY rare for me as i have had very bad experiences with builders in the past so i’m always looking and waiting for a problem to occur!

Excellent workmanship on our new solid tile roof on our conservatory. The workmen were very friendly, clean and tidy throughout.
I can highly recommend Securahome in Gorseinon.

Extremely disappointing experience from start to finish. More recently due to the need for repairs the engineer appointment was booked, but no one turned up, and nobody from the company even called to let me know or explain why. I was left waiting with no communication whatsoever.

The original fitting was substandard given the need for replacement windows and repairs, and the overall workmanship was far below what I expected. To make matters worse, the customer service has been terrible, with little interest in resolving the issues or keeping me informed.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend Securahome and would encourage others to consider alternative companies.

Spoke to Chris originally to be advised that he had now been relocated to a different department. Called this morning and spoke to an Andrew. Have been provided with many excuses -
Staff losses being the main one. Company appears to be a shambles. We have waiting probably 12 months plus for the repairs to be carried out.
I have had 2 different service engineers call to carry out a check on what work is to be undertaken. When challenged why it takes a second time wasting appointment with an 2nd engineer, advised that the previous service engineer had also left and they didn’t have any notes that he took. A completely frustrating company with terrible customer service. Would never use them again.

*I called the office this morning, spoke to Andrew. I am still waiting on his update

*Chris received confirmation to proceed as I returned his phone call and my records will evidence that. Rather damming that you attempt to discredit my experience of your level of service given I spoke to Chris myself on the 29th to chase up the whereabouts of the engineer. Chris informed me he had been moved to another section of business however very much remembered the booking for the 29th and was bemused himself that the engineer had not arrived. He went away to investigate and called me back and his words were “I will go knock some heads together” as he told me the engineer had been sent to another job given thou it was clearly booked in for my property.

Interesting spin you put on previous calls to the property, since the one that was turned away at the door DID NOT have an appointment and “happened to be in the area” and when you work from home I do not have the luxury of just dropping work at a whim to accommodate a window technician.

I have made it clear on a number of occasions to multiple staff (given the many staff changes and different representatives who have attended and no longer work for you) that the work is to be completed in its entirety on the one occasion and not split over a number of different visits to suit you and your ordering system but to suit the customer and their work requirements. So those are the facts not your inaccurate biased response.

22nd July Chris leaves a voicemail and funnily enough I have the evidence I returned his call a 3.41pm to confirm agreement of the 29th and when I chased the failure to attend to undertake agreed work on the 29th Chris confirmed the booking was in the diary and he was under the impression as I was the engineer should have been at the house, he called me back to tell me the rubbish news ‘another staff member’ sent the engineer elsewhere and no one had the decency to call me and tell me.

Had a replacement conservatory from brick upwards that was completed today.

Excellent quality product and can’t fault the various skilled people, all quality focused, polite, efficient and tidy.

The grey windows with bi-fold doors are awesome, and the solid roof is very well made and fitted, and the sealing is spot on.

Special thanks to Martin, James, Tristan, Craig and the young sparkys.

Securahome recently replaced our conservatory . Very pleased with the job done and the team were brilliant- very professional and accommodating. Aftercare on a couple of minor snags has been quick and responsive. Can fault the job done.

Got a door some years ago, then few weeks ago we wanted to make our conservatory into a solid roof. Sales appeared for quote and immediately said he would get the door fixed as stained and letter box and handle needed replacing, this was before any sign of what we wanted or were going to get the business! Invited to show room to finalise what we required and on cost. Agreed in principle but we needed to speak to rest of family. Went away and were called few times and emailed pushing for sale , but had not had comparable quote. Asked about the door and was always fobbed off with its getting ordered etc. sent multiple text while I was away speaking to family and not one person was decent enough to reply. In end after getting some bad feedback not a call back, we decided to go elsewhere, advised Securahome but still no response. Glad we didn’t go ahead on a very expensive project with them if this is the sort of very poor customer service!!!
Just received what can only be a very poor reply, and to answer your question, we never asked for the handles or letter box to be replaced, they were offered to us FOC before the sales person entered the house. To me, it was like ‘you give us the business and we will sweeten it by replacing the parts’. Also, you never mentioned why I never received any call backs or replies to text over the 3-4 weeks we were making our minds up!! Very poor

New solid roof fitted to replace a glass conservatory roof. Fantastic service from Secureahome. Work was started and finished on time, despite some unfavourable weather conditions.
I would be happy to recommend Securahome.

Anthony and Geraint were excellent and carried out their work to a high standard.The same can be said for both the plasterer and electrician.We were very impressed by the way they left the work place after they finished, spotless.I would highly recommend Securahome a top job well done.
