If only I had read the Google reviews for School Depot before placing my order, I would never have ordered.
Communication was extremely poor. It took nearly two full weeks before they finally emailed me — and only to say there was an inventory issue and that one of the items had been discontinued. It then took another three days before the rest of the order was even dispatched.
I’ve received parcels from Temu faster than this.
Very disappointing experience. I won’t be ordering from them again.

I ordered on Tuesday and was expecting my order by Thursday or Friday. On Saturday I followed up to find out they hadn't shipped it yet, as they were waiting on one product which they hoped would be in the coming Tuesday. I said that wasn't acceptable to me, as I needed the other items to organise my kids for school, and to please ship it, and credit me the missing item. Well it's now Wednesday, no credit, no goods, and not even shipped yet, 9 days after order. My kids start school on Monday and I am so mad, this company is a joke. Pay peanuts, get monkeys.

Placed an order, relying on their quoted three-day turn around, as I had students to teach and needed watercolour paper in a week. The paper did not arrive on time. I emailed them but got no response. After another week I managed to get someone on the phone and resent my email, asking for the product or a refund.
