Some pretty awesome customer service at this company

Recurring subscription added without my realizing or in fine print with many pages to read. Then trying to cancel was a nightmare.

Didn't realize I was enrolled in a monthly subscription. Very hard to cancel. Really had to search around, with various pop ups trying to get you to stay before I could get to the cancel subscription button. Not difficult to apply, but didn't last more than 1-2 days before lifting by the cuticle and snagging in long hair. Maybe good for a special occasion 1-2 days. Disapppointed.

This product was shipped in excellent condition very quickly.

I did not sign up for a subscription. I ordered as a one off on an offer. I got a notification last week that a charge had been made to me for another order, Only when I got this notification, I rechecked my original receipt, did I see a subscription box ticked. I never ticked any box on my original order. I immediately emailed Sassy Saints and they replied quickly telling me that it was too late to cancel my order as it had been despatched.

I have subsequently emailed customer service again 3 TIMES, asking for proof that I subscribed with my original order. ** I have not had any replies **. I usually buy from Glamrdip also in Australia and their customer service is outstanding. Sassy Saints need a lesson from them in customer service and not ripping people off. I wish I’d never ordered from them…

I contacted Sassy Saints regarding an issue I was having with one of their products, and Deanna was absolutely amazing! She was so helpful, friendly and quick to resolve the issue.

Great quality products

After much to-ing and fro-ing my issues were resolved to a satisfactory standard.
Caution needed around it being a subscription and therefore monthly payments.
Product is pretty.

This company is trustworthy, I ordered from them and the product is very good.
I just got too many so they assisted me in opting out of my subscription, for now.

You may find yourself signed up for a recurring subscription for four manicures every four weeks without even realising it.

The subscription costs around £50 every four weeks, including postage. If you want to return the unwanted items, you're expected to pay the return postage yourself. Alternatively, they offer a 30% refund if you agree to keep the items, meaning you're still paying 70% for something you never intended to buy.

If you're making what you believe is a one-off purchase, check very carefully whether you've been enrolled in a subscription and cancel it immediately if you don't want recurring deliveries. Otherwise, you could be in for a rather expensive surprise!

Having read numerous reviews from customers reporting similar experiences, I think Sassy Saints seriously needs to reconsider its subscription model. If so many customers are unaware they've signed up for recurring deliveries, something is clearly wrong with how the terms are communicated. A good product should encourage repeat purchases because customers actually want to buy it again, not because they didn't realise they'd subscribed. Frankly, having tried the products, I'm not particularly impressed with them either.

I loved the nail stickers so much that i ordered some more, only to find out they have taken money out of my account for a subscription i did not sign for and as i had placed another order there was another subscription nearly £100 per month !!!! shame on you. Also you dont make it easy to cancel the subscrition

Quick delivery. Price per manicure is definitely cheaper than having them done at the salon.
Having had gel nails done for years I’d hesitated to order these, but so far I’m impressed.
Will continue to use them and would recommend people to give them a try.
I’d like to review again when I’ve used them for a few more manicures.
