Loan insurance trap!
They have pushed a loan insurance to me while the loan was not granted in next steps and charged me for a month before I notice it. They offer most agreements and loan offers only in Swedish in the app which can make non-Swedish speaking customers to blindly accept their pushy offers throughout the loan application process!

Aggressive Marketing Calls Focused on Sales Targets
I used Sambla once to compare loans and completed my transaction. Since then, every 4–6 months I receive marketing calls asking me to compare my loan with other banks again.
The frustrating part is that even after I clearly say I'm not interested, the agents keep trying to persuade me. On the first call, they're friendly, patient, and very convincing because they want your approval. But once you decline, their attitude often changes—they sound annoyed, as if you're wasting their time.
It gives the impression that the goal is simply to generate as many loan applications as possible, perhaps to meet internal sales targets or demonstrate customer activity to partner banks.
I do think Sambla can be a useful service when you genuinely need to compare loans. However, the repeated and pushy marketing calls are unprofessional and negatively affect the overall customer experience.
