I am using the slow juicer every day now for 10 days. So far is being very easy and very good! Shipping was easy and the product is beautil and nicely design. It is also very easy to clean and put together.

Missing parts & bad customer service
The appliance was delivered with a missing blade and missing cup, rendering it unusable. I reached out to customer service, which was an AI bot, that gave me incorrect information about the company’s ability to send individual replacement parts. I received an automated email notifying me the returned appliance was received, but no follow up on a refund or replacement since then. For now, just this email asking me to give feedback…

Milk Foam machine deluxe
I bought a Milk Foam machine deluxe and it works perfectly.
I use it for :
- milk foam on top of coffee (capuccino)
- Make caffe latte (milk + instant coffee in the glass pot)
- Hot chocolate
- Milk foam on top of the hot chocolate
All works perfect :)

AI customer service that doesnt help
AI customer service that doesnt help, AI promises/hallucinates replacing defective items but does nothing. Paid good money for the product, it broke within a few weeks, never got a replacement despite months of effort with their customer service. Worst company I dealt with in a long time.

I ordered the slow juicer
I ordered the slow juicer, which is not suitable for celery / selderij. If you are planning to juice that, it's not a good buy, but other veggies went well. I was allowed to send it back.

Not for oakmilk, but good after sales service
The foam i had with my old Nespresso is much better, thicker. So i would not buy this for oatmilk. And yes i pushed the special oatmilk button and tried the normal milk thick button. But still very watery
Update:
I did send an email to the personal Safecourt adress and got a message back to refund. Good service.

Very good !!!!
The appliance was delivered today and I tried it out straight away with three apples. I got 400 ml of juice. The pulp comes out dry. What a fantastic appliance. Very easy to clean. Large feed chute. It comes with three different juicing discs. Powerful 600-watt motor.
When removing the feed tube, you need to hold the lid open as an extra safety measure. Super !!!

Fast delivery , works good, a bit cheaper plastic but the price was good and if you don't have a big daily quantity I would highly recommend.

It takes a little more time but then you have a very thick foam with less milk, even with a lower fat content. It is more expensive than most others but I can not imagine there is a better one than this!!
