Hello, we would like to clarify that Sabina is based in the Canary Islands, Spain, and our shipments must go through a mandatory customs process before reaching the GLS distribution network on the mainland.
As explained on our website, estimated delivery times are calculated in working days from the moment an order leaves our facilities, not from the date it is placed. Weekends and public holidays are therefore excluded, including the recent holiday period in Spain.
During customs processing and transit to the mainland, tracking updates may not be immediately available. This does not necessarily mean that your parcel has stopped moving.

Order to Delivery... Far too long
I ordered my product on the 9th October. No reason to accept my order then taking a further 10 days to ship it to me. Product eventually arrived on the 24th October, that's 15 days. Won't be using Sabina again for sure

Item delivery was much slower than expected and tracking information was not up to date. Additionally when trying to contact you regarding my purchase you could only speak to a BOT - not good. Unfortunately due to this experience i will not use you again.

Genuine product, slow shipping
Genuine, perfect condition product at a fair and attractive price. Only issue is the shipping. I was expecting shipping to take a few days, shipping within Europe. It took 10 days, with only one update after 6 days (arrived at mainland hub). Apparently, this is how it is for this show (look it up elsewhere) and it's a tradeoff I am okay with now that I know it. The friction arose as the web page wasn't particularly up front about it; in fact the webpage says delivery in 3-6 days and money was withdrawn immediately and then.. nothing..
Again, nothing about the product, the quality, or the price. And knowing this quirk, I will be calmer next time. I hope you will too.

Ordered a fragrance from Sabina after comparing prices and it came in noticeably cheaper than the UK shops I checked. Shipped from Spain and arrived in about a week, a little slower than a domestic order but nothing out of the ordinary. The box was well wrapped and the bottle was sealed with no damage. They also tucked in a few free samples, which was a nice surprise and helped me discover a scent I wouldn't have picked myself. The website is easy to browse, with a huge range of brands and regular flash sales. Good value if you're patient with international shipping, I'll order again.
