TERRIBLE experience
I had such a bad experience at Save.co Stratford Westfield I thought the best way to explain it is to copy my key emails as my review. They broke my phone 4 times and over almost 4 months I did not have a working phone. My iPhone 6 was almost new and in very good working condition until I took it to Save.co to replace the screen. I am a working mother and so this made life quite difficult.

So I am afraid I am a bit fed up. On 30th may you changed my daughter's screen but forgot to put the part the holds the button in back and so we had to return (your colleague pointed out it was missing and the previous repair we had with Save is the only repair we have had) – your colleague replaced the part.
On 2nd June Save replaced my smashed screen. The screen very quickly became faulty and I was unable to send texts or use the lower part of the screen – I basically wasn't able to use my phone for a week or so until I was able to return to Westfield. This caused me no end of headaches and made my week extremely stressful. But when I did return you changed the screen again and reassured me that it would be fine. This second new screen also began to go wrong and the button began to move about/wobble and so I had to return yet again, also ordering a new housing unit on your advice. You then fitted another new screen and the housing was replaced. Now the third new screen is glitching, the lens just dropped off the camera and Apple Pay hasn't worked since your fix. I am also having trouble with GPS.
Not one of your repairs has ever actually worked, the whole thing has caused me a great deal of stress and inconvenience as I have – as a result – had several weeks where my phone has been unusable. I have also had to make five trips back to see you. I am afraid that it is not reasonable customer service and I am at the end of my tether.
I am a busy working mother and life becomes extremely difficult without a phone.

I have returned from my holidays. While away the wifi wasn't working properly and the GPS and Apple pay are still completely broken. The phone continued to glitch and the sound on/off button has gradually stopped working (I am unable to switch the phone to silent. There has also been something rattling around (it sounds like a screw) inside the new casing that your colleague replaced.
I have planned to take my phone to Apple this week to find out what needs to be done – not that I have the time to do so.
But the screen completely died this morning. The phone rings but I am not able to answer it as the screen is totally unreactive.
I am in the process of setting a new business and you cannot even imagine how difficult this makes things. And so I am going to have to take time off work to urgently get this seen to by Apple.
So I would like you to please guarantee that you are going to refund past costs and any further costs with Apple.
I had a great working phone when I first brought it to you.
If required, I will take legal action as I am so very annoyed about this. Please respond as a matter of priority.

Thanks. Just to ask though, changing the casing immediately broke the GPS, Apple Pay and wifi (it worked sometimes if v close to box) and the phone glitched from the outset too. Do you really think I should be paying for that? It meant I had a phone that only partially worked for several weeks at a very busy and also intense (with my son's allergic reactions) time for me - causing so much stress.
Also, having experienced repairs that have actually made my phone worse each time I am actually quite nervous about further problems and wasted time. If the phone is not fixed this time can you or your managers please guarantee that you will cover any further repairs I have to have with Apple?
I think this would only be fair given how patient I have been with so many problems occurring?
Thanks,
Laura

Thanks. I did however leave the phone with your colleague 13 days ago on 13.09.16. Is it possible to update me now?
And can someone please reply to confirm that if I have any further problems with the phone that you will cover the cost of it being fixed by Apple?
Thanks,
Laura

Er, sorry but can you please explain what are you saying?
You have fitted three faulty screens in a row and then changed the casing, which BROKE my phone. From the day you did that, the GPS, Apple Pay, Wifi and various things ceased to work and the phone gradually died.
So how are you going to fix this? You have caused me about 6 weeks of loss of productivity and huge stress without a working phone. I came to Save.co with no problems, except a cracked screen. Since that first visit in June I have experienced non stop problems as a result of your 'fixes'. And has it really taken 13 days for you to get to this latest email?!
If I do not hear back from someone today with a viable plan then I will be contacting a lawyer. I have clearly documented everything.

I am actually slightly blown away that I have still had no response?

Seriously? Can I please have an update and my phone back?!
On 21.10.16 Save.co refunded me for the cost of a refurbished second-hand iPhone 6. That's all! I was left without a working phone for almost 4 months. Really not impressed.
