Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience at SaunaHouse Nordhavn.
The facilities are nowhere near suited for the number of members they allow in. The changing rooms are far too small, creating crowded and uncomfortable conditions, especially during busy hours.
The hygiene standards are also far below acceptable. Several areas appeared dirty and poorly maintained, which made the overall experience genuinely unpleasant.
What frustrated me the most, however, was their handling of cancellations. Despite having a confirmed cancellation, I was still charged for an additional month after my notice period had ended. It comes across as highly unprofessional and reflects very poorly on their customer service and administration.
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place.
