the worst customer service
One of the radiators I received was damaged, and I requested a return within the legal withdrawal period. Customer service repeatedly pushed for a replacement instead of respecting my request and was rude on the phone. Getting my refund took nearly 3 months, countless emails, calls, and reminders. One of the worst customer experiences I've had. I would not recommend this company.

I am experiencing an issue with my order regarding the delivery and reference numbers. I initially ordered specific clips, but unfortunately received the wrong items.
I was then advised to place a new order and return the incorrect items at my own expense, which involved significant shipping costs.
However, after reordering, I once again received the wrong clips. I have since raised this issue a second time, but I have not received any response.
I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter as soon as possible.
